Bengals V. Broncos - Christmas Eve Game Day Open Thread

     @

Week Sixteen -- Cincinnati Bengals @ Denver Broncos

Location: Invesco Field @ Mile High, Denver, CO

Kick-off time: 4:15 pm EST

Broadcast: CBS

Win and their in, almost.  That should be the motto.  With the Patriots beat the Jags the Broncos can earn a playoff spot with a victory over the Bengals.  Jay Cutler, making his 4th career start, will need to match Carson Palmer throw for throw, and someone unexpected is going to have to come up big if the Broncos are going to get to the playoffs for the 4th straight season.  If anything, it should be a fun game to watch!

And Darrent!
That's a cool start. Now the answer with a big drive by Jay!

by DjBroncos on Dec 24, 2006 2:21 PM MST   0 recs

Nice save by
Lynch against Henry. Too bad they didn't call that a fumble.

Field Position
Again it's gonna to kill us...

by DjBroncos on Dec 24, 2006 2:44 PM MST   0 recs

Capitalize on the Bailey INT!
I'll even accept a FG.

Wooooooooooo!
Just put 7 on the boards now.

by Russ on Dec 24, 2006 3:03 PM MST   0 recs

Yeah!
We are on the board and in the game! Just our Offensive Line has to do better. And our Defesive Line too -.-

Ocho Cino
can't possess the ball and now Walker has a huge TD catch.

Jay and the Broncos like the snow.

by Russ on Dec 24, 2006 3:12 PM MST   0 recs

PWND!
hrrr Yeah =) What to say more? I'm making my own little big party over here!!

by DjBroncos on Dec 24, 2006 3:13 PM MST   0 recs

Halftime
We're trailing, okay. We just have to get the running game going, then we'll win this game. No more Turnovers against us would help too...

by DjBroncos on Dec 24, 2006 3:50 PM MST   0 recs

So Tatum
How about you ask for glue for Christmas?

Another costly fumble in our territory gives the Bengals the lead.

This game will be won by the team that makes less mistakes.

by binford04 on Dec 24, 2006 3:51 PM MST   0 recs

Right now
it looks like Cincy's gonna win this game. Too they will if they have more turnovers than we... That's the shame about it.

by DjBroncos on Dec 24, 2006 4:09 PM MST to parent up   0 recs

Seems like
I was wrong =)

by DjBroncos on Dec 24, 2006 5:05 PM MST to parent up   0 recs

best gift ever!
HOLY CRAP! What a finish.

Bronx win off a muffed extra point and I love it. I feel bad for the dude who screwed up the hold, but everyone in Denver loves him.

Wow. That's the luck the Broncos have desperately needed.

In other news, our defense gets really bad when the other team goes no huddle. Hopefully we can find a fix for that.

But I'm gonna enjoy this win for the next few days. Rejoice Bronco fans! Rejoice! We're still in the playoff hunt!
