Travis Henry Arrested
Considering the history of Travis Henry, this piece of news today shouldn't shock anyone. I was glad at the time they released him, and even more so now.
The case has its roots in Montana, where a trooper and DEA agent stopped a car that was carrying six pounds of marijuana and about three kilograms of cocaine on Sept. 16, the affidavit said.
A passenger in the car, whose name was not disclosed in the affidavit, told authorities Mack and Henry had supplied him with the drugs, which he was supposed to deliver to customers in Billings. The man said he was supposed to be paid $5,000 for delivering the drugs and transporting about $63,600 in sales proceeds to Henry, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit indicated that separately, the passenger and another customer in Billings already owed Henry about $40,000 in drug proceeds. The passenger told authorities Henry had threatened him and his family over the debt.
The passenger agreed to cooperate with authorities and set up a drug deal Tuesday with Henry that led to the arrests of Mack and Henry, the affidavit said.

sad, just sad
we really could use travis henry the rb right now, but travis henry the man is too far gone. i will never understand this sort of thing, and i’ve done my share(and yours) of banned substances in the past. but to throw away millions, not to mention your freedom, when you already have it made, baffles even my mind. maybe now they can seize his assets and distribute them to his children, where it will be put to much better use. at least i hope there can be a positive out of all of this. as for travis, if he is convicted, he is done. just pathetic, isn’t it?
hear me, perpetrators of bread crime, your punishment is at hand.

Do they pay debts with the money they seize, or do they just seize it?

I am shocked...multikilo cocaine deal?
That’s millions of bucks right? Damn…it’ll make the Mike Vick sentence look minor compared to the shit storm that will be raining down upon Travis Henry. I feel sorry for the kids!

Obviously you didn't get your facts straight.
I’m ashamed of all my fellow Bronco fans for not getting there facts straight in regards to this story. Let me tell you what really happened.
Travis Henry was the one cooperating with the police. He is the one who called in an anonymous tip for the State Trooper to pull over the drug runners car. Then he proceeded to make sure that the sting operation would go down as it did.
I mean, he had to do something. How else was he ever going to play football again?
by Chuck "DeadDrunk" Breedlove on Oct 2, 2008 12:12 AM MDT reply actions 0 recs
It sounds to me like Travis figured out it was going to be drugs or football,
and decided to try to make some money with the one he loved. Thats the last we’ll be hearing from him, after the trial is over that is.

Travis shouldnt be lonely in jail
If each of his 9 children visit him twice a year, he will have a visitor about every 20 days. He shouldnt be too lonely.
