A Sad Moment for Two Masterminds

Mike Shanahan - "You know Bill, I'm going to have to beat you again on Monday night".
Bill Belichick - (Turning pale) "Yes Mike, I know. I'd really like to get this win though".
MS - "No Bill. I'm sorry. This is just the way it's gotta be"
BB - "I understand Mike. Say, can I send some photographers to your warm ups?"
Mike - "Bill, we've talked about this before. No."
BB - "Well, then can I at least have a hug?"
Mike - "Well, ok."
Really, I'm starting to worry about Bill Belichick. Have a great weekend!

That reminds me of...
A Godfather scene.
Belichick: Can you get me off the hook, Mike? You know, for old times’ sake?
Shanahan: Can’t do it, Billy.
Belichick: Tell Cutler it was strictly business. I always liked him.
Shanahan: He understands that.

Right after the hug
when shanny is walking away…

hoosierteacher hopes it gets some too.
He wrote it. LOL
Hey Styg, what’s up with crediting you for my stuff? That’s twice in one week. I’m starting to think that when I do a good job, folks think it has to be the master wordsmith at MHR, not the old coach! : )

What’s up with people crediting you…

Funny Me--This is the second time I have given the wrong person credit.
I need to quit hopping on the computer at work—and making quick comments.
Sorry HT—Great dialog!!
The best defense is a good offense!
I hope.
Oh great.
Now it makes the “recemmended list”, and I have to ask myself…
Is it because the post is kind of funny, or is it more funny to give the recommends and praise Styg? You guys kill me!
: )

The cool thing is that
normally you can’t recommend your own post, but I was able to reccoment this one… soooo…
I would like to note that I have never spelled recommend properly (always put two c’s in it) the first time…. we all have our piccadillos I suppose, like Brad and his Indonesiaopolis…

I always want to use two "C"s also.
From now on, I probably need to have a sub heading:
BY HOOSIERTEACHER AND NOT ANYONE ELSE! lol
The Styg commercials will say, “If it’s good, it just HAS to be Styg”.

Indonesiaopolis…
The difference is that the name of the place the Colts play is unspellable, because it’s an unplace. Ever since the Colts left Baltimore, they’ve been wandering in unplaces which are not only unknown but unknowable.
We don't even know where we are. They say that we're circling a star. Waylon Jennings.
hehe
I knew there was a good reason. Think they will ever feel at home in Lucas Oil Stadium. What is it’s nickname? The “Lube?”

lol, sorry HT it was all my fault that styg got the press
but at least he took advantage of it.
The best defense is a good offense!
I hope.
That's ok.
Styg getting the credit was as funny as the post. It’s all in good fun, and I’m sure that Styg got as big of a laugh as I did when everyone else piled on.
