The problems: Turnovers, penalties. We’ve erased any offensive production from a decent offensive half with turnovers and penalties. Those are both correctable, the former by getting Hall off the field (and Marshall being careful) and the latter may be correctable by playing tough but playing smart.
NE starts with the ball, so the first drive is an obvious must stop.

Anyone use CBS Sportsline for fantasy football?
A whole bunch of friends from HS are in a league together. I have helped one team out by drafting a couple times so I am listed as his partner. I just hopped over to see what the games looked like after the first half of MNF, and there on the front page is an ad for CBSsports.com video featuring a girl we all went to HS with. Kinda surreal (even though we had all seen her on CBS before)
Silver Lining(s)....
1. We could lose 90-0 and we are still in first place, alone, when we play again in 2 weeks
2. The BYE will hopefully allow us to get healthy
3. No truly dominant team in the NFL right now….just need to get hot and be healthy at the right tim…

the good news is we are beating ourselves. Much better than 2007 when a game like this meant something for the rest of the season.
The bad news is our trouble is stemming from some problems that aren’t going to get better very wquickly: no RB depth, no safeties, no stokley….

christ they are just horrible, no answer this year with this bunch, maybe the 3 wins went to their heads and they forgot to play or what ever, It doesn’t matter anymore, they suck, cant wait to hear why they think they sucked. Wonder how many of them believe they should have a job, or even remain in the NFL, my god I have never seen a bronco team as bad as this one and that includes last year, we will not even match last years winning record with the way this team is playing, Nothing to be proud of here, at least we can see how good champ is and just how bad bly is, not excuses there, get rid of him along with some of the other talentless players……

I want to make this my formal good bye to the 2008 season. We are, and for the rest of the season will be a mediocre football team. It was fun while it lasted. Now it appears that we have proven everything the doubters have said about us to be absolutely true. There is no other word for this team than depressing.

Wow…I am so done with the game…thought I’d give some words here to my fellow bronco maniacs to blow some steam off.
