I was in Switzerland for the game against the Pats and missed it. Sounds like we stink it up bad, and I watched the post match interviews and there seemed to be no fire or caring from anyone but Brandon Marshall. Jay looked like he did not care and Shanny sounded beaten.
Couple of questions:
1/ How bad were we? Can someone break it down with facts and not emotion as I am trying to get a handle on what the real problems were?
2/ Can everyone hit me back with the changes they would make after the bye week and suggestions with the best team we cold put on the field?
3/ It seems like our boys played with NO heart what so ever. Is that what it looked like?
4/ Whats with the penalties in this game?
5/ Who was responsible for the turnovers?
My changes: Nate Webster out for Niko or Spencer Larson.
Josh Barrett into the squad and cut Marquand Manuel.
Rotate Wesley Woodyard into LB corps.
Cut Andre Hall, move Selvin Young to kick returner and bring Ryan Torain in.
Cut Josh Shaw.
Overall, play the young guys NOW on defense, and live and die by them for the rest of the season to really ascertain what we have in guys like Spencer Larson, Wesley Woodyard, Jarvis Moss, Tim Crowder, Jack Williams and Josh Barrett. this will thing allow us to go hard in the draft next year.
I am sick of watching these journeymen hacks stink it up for us.
