So I happened on this game completely by accident.  I had no real intention of going to the game, I was actually just going to the ProShop to show some friends what it's like to be around the field on gameday.  I guess fate had different plans.  On the way there, we saw a scalper in the middle of the highway.  Long story short, we got 3 tickets for around $200 on the 40 yard line 20 rows up...can't beat that.

Anyways, as for the game...

1) crowd really wasn't into the game at the beginning, but the defense eventually got everyone into it

2) Bly was instrumental in getting thr crowd in the game, especially the south standers, as soon as thye got into it, everyone else followed suit

3) Play calling was considerably more conservative after the near-interception by Cutler

4) utler was visibly frustrated after another week of a few miss throws, probably from being restricted to dink and dunk style of play

5) Selvin Young really did not impress, he had a few good runs after contact, but too many 1-10 followed by 2-8.

6) Champ contnues to amaze me, apparently he was thrown at zero times, but he still made his presence known, upending Graham like he did LJ

7) How about Champ on the CB blitz?  great call considering the way the D played

8) The D was on for the first time all season, from my position, they were itching to get back on the field to deliver some more punishment, I haven;t seen the D this excited for a long time

9) Prater with the 55 yarder impressed, Elam who?

10) It was awesome being in the stadium where the crowd wa into the game not because of offensive excellence, but defensive control.  The defense fed off the crowd, the crowd off the defense, and it resulted in domination, 3 false starts and a delay of game, gotta love it

Those were my quick takes, it was mine and my two friends' first Broncos game in Denver, and happened completely by accident, but I'm real glad it did.
