15-1 is solely in the hands of MHR

Hello all. I am a long time lurker who finally decided to join in on the conversations. I figure there is still a small amount of time I spend at work when I am actually working instead of trolling around MHR so the only rational thing to do would be to sign up and start posting so I can go ahead and kill those few hours as well!  :)

I am writing this in a matter of the utmost urgence! I am writing this as a plea to the powers that be, here at MHR.

Many folks have said we won on Sunday because our defence stepped up. Many have said it was because we played a full 60 minutes. Many have said we won because we finally found our pass rush. And yes, all of these things did happen. But that is not why we won. The reason we won is very simple;

You see my friends, the logic is proof enough. Denver has played 5 regular season games. MHR has featured the Bikini Thread 4 times. We have won 4 games. Coincidence? I think not!

And so it is, as if written in some childhood fairytale where the insignificant suddenly hold the fate of the world in their tiny hands, so it is that WE, the holders of the Bronco flame, find ourselves in total control of the Denver season. Post the Bikini Thread - Denver Wins. Ban the Bikini Thread - Get beat by the frickin CHEIFS!

Now, my fellow brethen, be forewarned that such a power as we now possess comes with great responsibilities and HEAVY burdens. Many of you will have to resist the temptations of such power while at work for fear that the woman in the cubicle next to you may take offense. To you I say, "PERSEVERE!" Many of you will have to bear the lashings when your respective wives stumble upon you oggling a half-naked supermodel. To you I say, "STAY STRONG MY BROTHER!" Many of you will find yourselves awake in the wee hours of the night, bleary-eyed, lips crusted over and fingers bent, caloused and bleeding as you search with utter relentlessness to find the ultimate good luck bikini girl to post on MHR for us all to bask in her glory. To you I say, "Dude, she's flippin HOT! Thx. Good work."

The fate of the Denver season rests solely in your courage and perseverence, my friends. There is no second place here! There is no timeouts for us! Heavy lies the crown, my friends. Heavy lies the crown!
