Came across these two great videos on nfl.com. The first is part of their livewire programming. It goes into Shanny's career with Elway, the lost years after Elway's retirement and the renaissance of the Denver QB since Cutler's arrival. It has a ton of great sound clips of Shanny talking to his QBs.
