Selvin will not play. Tatum has shown he didn’t turn to lead while away, and Pope flashed some interesting stuff (in my opinion), and of course there is Hillis. So the RB situation isn’t as dire as it has been.
I see Bailey sitting this one out to make sure he is fully healthy for the stretch run.
All the probables play. I hope Scheffler is back at full strength, especially with Jackson out he is going to take a lot of snaps.

I was just reviewing tape from earlier in the season
and I was surprised at being reminded of how explosive Selvin can be. I really hope they can just let him rest and not risk not having him for “The New Broncos” first trip to the playoffs.

Get well soon, Dre'
Does this go against the GIRR? If he’s sick and plays?
I agree that we should rest Selvin. Styg’s right, he can be very explosive. He had a couple of huge runs in the Charger game. Rest Champ as well. The D played well against Matt Ryan; I think we can hold Jamarcus Russell in check without him. Brett Favre, however, is another story. I say focus on getting him healthy for that game, and just keep him out of this one.

When you think about it, papi's statement shows...
…a big turn around in our confidence concerning the Broncos’ D.
If this be Hell, let us make the most of it!

That, and the fact that the Raiders' offense stinks.
Jamarcus Russel is leading the most putrid pass offense in the league. I just don’t think it would be worth the risk to bring Champ back this soon. Wait ’til next week.
If Mike Shanahan were a hotdog, would you eat him? I know I would. Hell, I'd eat him twice.

Agreed and agreed.
The raiders’ offense really does suck and the Broncos’ D is truning it around.
