I like that TOP.

If Mike Shanahan were a hotdog, would you eat him? I know I would. Hell, I'd eat him twice.

Run the ball

in the second and we can double it

We should be able to

Kris Jenkins looked really winded in the first half

It helps that

we’ve got a huge back in Hillis to send right at him. He can’t keep the same tempo all game, he’ll wear down. We’ve just got to stick with the run for once.

Didn't he shoot himself?

What was the story on that?

gun in pants with no safety

from what I hear

that carries a hidden weapon charge, good for a suspension too.

TOP and yardage dominated

the one stat that I think is our biggest problem this year is turnovers. Our defense has forced so few that almost any turnover by the O puts the differential into the negative. So far, two turnovers for the good guys, game going extremely well. Other factors are the defense playing well (besides one big play for the most part) and offense not leaving points on the field.

by poorboywilly on Nov 30, 2008 4:01 PM MST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

Another area for improvement

is kick coverage. Obviously, the weather isn’t helping kickoff length, but the coverage teams need to keep a good hold on Washington. He’s too good to let him slip through the first tackle.

A field goal would be good.

Instead of a 3 score game, they have the momentum.

That's bad coaching too.

There should have been one message before that play, “DO NOT THROW AN INT”.

GO BRONCOS!!!

by UnarmingMermaid on Nov 30, 2008 4:31 PM MST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

true...

but why was a pass play called on 3rd and long in short FG range when a 3 would be huge?

why wasn’t someone on the mike saying “DO NOT THROW A PICK”?

GO BRONCOS!!!

by warpzone on Nov 30, 2008 4:35 PM MST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

I'd hate to say it, but Haggen has done well

in his rotation. I don’t think we lose a step in this game, but if the injury is serious it will be a major blow to the team.
