People Like Don Banks Personify What Is Wrong With The MSM

So, SI.com's Don Banks has this cute little article he writes where he decides who everybody should have drafted, knowing what we "know" now.  Of course, he is the arbiter of these decisions, because he "knows" so much about football.  So, OK, this is fun.  Let's take it from a guy who really knows his stuff.  This is where our rookies get their "hindsight is 20/20" style love.

Matt Ryan goes first to the Dolphins... OK, I guess.  Then comes Joe Flacco to the Rams... huh?  No Ryan Clady here when their biggest problem is the O-Line?  Then, you get Jake Long 3rd to the Falcons.  Long over Clady?  Really?  Then it's Chris Johnson, Chris Long, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Matt Forte, DeSean Jackson, Steve Slaton, Jerod Mayo... and then Clady goes 11th to Buffalo, and the Broncos get Duane Brown 12th.

11 Buffalo Bills
Buffalo Bills (Original Pick: Leodis McKelvin, CB, Troy) RE-DO PICK: RYAN CLADY, OT, BOISE STATE
The Bills landed themselves a player in McKelvin, who has added impact in the secondary and as a kick returner. But with the whole Jason Peters holdout fiasco still complicating the long-term picture at left offensive tackle, we're giving them Clady, who has been a godsend for Denver's OL.

Also, Eddie Royal goes 17th to the Lions in his grand vision, after Jonathan Stewart, Darren McFadden, John Carlson, and Aqib Talib.

MSMers, like this A-clown Don "Donnie Brasco" Banks, wouldn't know a good offensive lineman if they saw one.  This guy is a repeater of information, like his brethren Peter King, Pork Chop Williamson, and John Clayton, but I have to wonder who he is listening to.  Ryan Clady is the best Left Tackle in the NFL, and is having the best rookie season I have ever witnessed from a player at that position.  Only Matt Ryan having an equally remarkable season justifies Ryan not being the Rookie of the Year.

And by the way, Eddie Royal is a lot better player than DeSean Jackson, and the gap is only going to open wider as time goes on.  Good work Don, truly, a great performance.
