Jets fans were feeling green
I was in NY for the game on sunday and I couldnt have been happier with the way denver played. All the "experts" on TV, as well as many of the fans in parking lot, were questioning why denver should even put their jock straps on since the Jets were going to crush them. After all the smack talk, it was so wonderful to see all the pissed off faces heading for the exits after stokely caught the TD, to my screams of "There's the dagger!"
The play calling in the game on sunday was awesome, the best i've seen from denver in years. We used ALL OF OUR WEAPONS for the first time. The mix of runs and passes, and moving Cutler around, kept the Jets off balance all game. The offensive line was great. I really focused on the O-Line and even when the Jets brought extra guys, they never got to Cutler. Jenkins wasn't pushing anyone around. The D brought it the whole game too. Besides the long run to Jones, the Jets really did nothing. When the D plays well, the offense has less pressure to score everytime and plays a lot better.
After the jets fans headed to the exits I was able to get right down behind the Denver bench. I got some nice pictures and was semi-conversing with the players, particularly Scheffler. In the NFL, you gotta bring it every week, and the Jets/Denver game proved once again: thats why they play the game.

sweet
i had a chance at tix in the 300 level, but turned them down. good thing, too, because it turned out i was sick already by gameday. it was nice to see the broncos fans out there in the 4th quarter, with all the empty seats around them. wish i could have made it, but it was better i didn’t this time. btw, jets fans are trash, they think they’re going to the sb every single year, until the going gets tough, and they, like their team, crumble. i am so pleased with this win, and i was sure of it. hope you had a blast out there, and you gave ’em hell when you were there, like i did

Concidering the wet weather it doesn't surprise me that a severe 'Kermit Complex' infected many of the fans.
The best defense is a good defense!
And last week's young players. Yes!

It is always sweet to go to an opposing teams' stadium and come out with a WIN.
That’s cool you were able to get closer to take some pictures. Chatting with Scheffler? You are that man.
Would love to see some of those picks.

I've never liked the nickname 'Donkeys' in reference to the Broncos
But I kinda like naming the gathering ‘Donkey-Con’

That has a ring to it,
But I agree with the donkey part. It would be like calling a gathering of raiders fans “Al’s Octagenarians”. Actually, that has kind of a ring to it as well, lol.
