What is disheartening
Is that it didn’t have to be this way — those two drops by Eddie and the red zone INT were killers, on a night when we needed pretty much everything to go right. Now, we need some magic.

Gunther has been effective
He’s just not a cover 2 guy like Herm Edwards wants. But still, he’s got a historically bad defense right now (only 10 sacks on the season….NFL record).

Our DLine never get push...
the O Lineman get to the LBs easily. When not blocked, the LBs are out of position. We cannot get pressure. When we do blitz, we get burned… Oh, but it’s Slowvik’s fault. I see. I think it would be a travesty if he loses his job with what he has to work with.

You know what, since we have pretty much lost the game, we will have a better spot in the draft.
Besides, we weren’t expected to win this game or the division. So the Chargers get lucky and the Broncos don’t. So what. So all you negative people get outta here because the Broncos don’t need your negativity. Sure I’m disappointed with the effort but we weren’t expected to win this game. We still have one of the best young football teams.

One thing about San Diego is that they always have to fight in the end of the year to make the play-offs.
One year they won’t get so lucky. If I had to pick between these two teams, I’d still pick the Broncos because of all of their youth. Plus the Chargers are only good in December. San Deigo has a lot of old veterans.

As well as how you lose to Buffalo, Jacksonville, and Oakland at home and KC on the road. As well as what he was thinking constructing this defensive roster. Along with why he always gets off to hot starts only for the league to completely figure him out after about week 4. Another one is why we always start so well on our scripted plays to start the game but flatten out after that, etc…..

I have been calling for Slowiks head all year...even when we were winning...hes not a DC's asshole and never has been. He can coach, but not co-ordinate. Now I just want him gone and we need a hard ass in there to bring back some Steve Attwater mentality.
