Despite Bailey's assurances that he will...
..play on Sunday, I wonder if Shanahan is saving him for the playoffs (in other words, easing him back in). As important as every game is, KC is not a must win. Bailey may be more “injury proofed” by being held out one more week.
I was a little suprised to see him as limited, but my explanation might make sense.

since he went from Full Participation to Limited Participation.

I hope that's not the case.
Resting players because you’re playing a weak opponant sends the wrong message to the team.

I think neither of them should take chances at this point in the season. If they are good to go, go, but if they are risk for re-injury then rest them. Our season is too important to take risks right now.
