Thank you Jeebus! (NFL Game Rewind)
Oh man, I've been praying for this for a long time. It's a service that lets you watch any of the games this season in their entirety! They are streamed in HD to your computer, and you can watch as much as you want within your subscription period ($5 for a week or $20 from now to March). The service is blacked out while there are live football games on.
Oh man, goodbye free time!

NFL continues to set the bar high
kudos! Keep the NFL crack coming, Goodell!
Btw, I was on business travel last week in Korea with one other American guy and he didn’t like sports at all. I’m pretty diverse in the things I can talk about over dinner, but good grief, it sure feels weird to be around another dude who doesn’t like football, let alone all sports… Ugh… So glad to be back in MHR land!

I think it's awesome...twenty bucks is a small price to pay.

In Prague I get to see ALL the games
Because the NFL has a package which works anywhere outside of the US called GamePass HD and they stream ALL the games live right into my computer which I then project and invite my Patriots buddy over to watch. The only bad thing is the game is delayed about two minutes from the radio feed, so I can’t listen to KOA AND watch the game, which leaves me stuck with the network idiots who know nothing about our team.
I can re-watch the game during the week to pick up all the stuff you guys are talking about. it’s awesome. No more smoky sports bars for me where I have to watch three bad teams that the national broadcasters put on and NEVER get to see the Broncos.
Great news this is now KIND OF available in the US too though. I’m going to Boulder for Christmas so I get the best of both worlds, listening to Dave Logan on the radio and watching the game. This Carolina game is gonna be a bitch, I sure hope they play Larsen in the middle and get rid of Nate.

nice
It sounds like GamePass HD is the service I really want. I think there are legal issues with the contract the NFL has with the networks or something which prevents them from broadcasting the games online while they are being played, as far as the US is concerned. Hopefully this gets worked out soon. In the meanwhile, this is the next best thing.

What the networks have
is “First Live rights” to the games that they acquire in their contract. I don’t see the NFL ever divorcing themselves from the networks, in their current incarnations, and I don’t see the Networks giving up “first live rights” (without them they essentially have nothing), so nothing should change on that front.
But that doesn’t meant that the Networks can’t stream the game live, from their own sites. I seriously doubt I would watch it live, though, if a commercial free (or reduced) alternative existed, such as this Game Rewind thingy. As much as i go through right now to see any games, I wouldn’t mind seeing the game later than everyone else if I was guaranteed to see it.
Thanks for the link by the way!

I'd probably use it for any games that I missed
But, so far this year it has only been the loss to the faders at home and the blasting of the bretts (which NFLN saved me by having it as one of their replay games).
Sounds like a great deal for those without a DVR and Sunday Ticket or are overseas.

Got a question for ya.
How soon after the game do you have to wait to see it? A few minutes, a few hours, or a day or two? If it’s just a few minutes after the game then I may get this next year and drop the NFL ticket and save myself some money.

According to the website
New games are published to Game Rewind on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST).
