First Dr Z posted a script of Mike Shanahan's voicemail message:

"You have been forwarded to a voice mail system. However, the person at 4-3-0 does not subscribe to the system. Your session cannot be completed at this time. Transferring to an attendant. One moment please."

Also points out that Darren McFadden had more fumbles over the past 3 years (23) than any other runner in the country. So I guess we can stop wondering if Shanny will be drafting him.

Also, Fanatasy Guru John Hansen has a post up about how he thinks that Cutler is looking better these days.

The article on Cutler is a real find!

I also like the author's take on our new receiving corps.

A key note in his article is that we need help from the running game to ensure Jay's sucess with those receivers. If Henry can't stay injury free then I hope we have another power back. The offensive line should be fixed by season's start, so I'm not worried there.

He did say...

"I'll feel a lot better if they address the offensive line in the draft, which they likely will." Don't show that to The Guru. We don't want another MHR Radio Rant on drafting linemen early :) I do have to say, I like the stance Cutler has taken and his trying to be a leader. Rod Smith and John Lynch are on their way out and now Cutler and D.J. defensively are claiming the role. I think Cutler will be a little more comfortable with a receiver like D-Jack...hopefully.

I'm with Guru on that one

I think we can address the OL in the midrounds, but this year you may get a high OL pick.

I think Cutler will be a good leader, but I don't see DJ fitting that role. K2 was a back-up in SEA and still a team captain. Bailey is a good leader too.

I'm with you on DJack. Even if he doesn't work out we finally have some depth.
