I’ve never heard of this guy, but that was hilarious!
“In baseball you make an error… Ooopsie”... Priceless

George Carlin...
Is an American Comedic Icon….One of the best ever….Do a search on YouTube for some of his other stuff, including “The Seven Words You Can’t Say On TV”. Classic!

Its moments like this that I am reminded...
of Gallagher’s mortality.
Mountains, forest, sea: these render man fierce, but yet do not destroy the man.

I first heard of him as the Hippy Dippy Weatherman.
Good stuff.
If this be Hell, let us make the most of it!

The Hippy Dippy Weatherman is only funny to those who were alive in 1970...

The Of Course...
There was the other side of Carlin. He is the voice to a show my 4 and 1 year olds watch every night – Thomas and Friends.

I think
he was the hippy voice in the Pixar movie, “Cars” as well.

HBO2 is running his specials
Five tonight and five tomorrow. HBO is showing his special from earlier this year on Friday night and then I believe HBO Comedy is running a full marathon on Saturday afternoon.

I refuse to order HBO, Showtime, or any other of those channels because of their
pornographic movies on late at night…and most carriers only allow your to block you from clicking on that channel…the titles remain there and they are especially graphic as well. I dont even want to chance having my eight year old reading one of those titles, so screw them. ;)

I think kids get more exposure to all that stuff than we think.
On the whole they turn out O.K. anyway.
