Yoga?

I just stumbled across this article about the Giants from several years ago about them using yoga to stretch.  The article mentions that the Broncos have used the same practice.  I remember reading a story about this in the Rocky during the superbowl days.  Do they still do yoga?  Maybe picking the habit back up would be a good way to combat the pulled hammy's the team seems to be battling.

Not only hammy's

Hey guys, as most of you know I am an old fart. The only thing that has kept me out on the trout streams of Alaska is Yoga! This can make a difference! I swear to it! It is MORE than the physical. Yoga helps the entire body as well as the spirit. I very much hope the Broncos include yoga in their total year long conditioning program. jibbons, thank you for bringing this up!!

When I went to Wasted State

the cross country team was nationally competitive (the high altitude was a big draw for foreign runners). Coach Vandenbusch urged his runners to take yoga classes to help them make it through the long season. All of the runners I talked to in my classes swore by the practice.
