John-Jake-n-Jay Question of the Day

How many yards will Selvin Young rush for in the upcoming season, and who will be the consistent back-up to Selvin?

This question i feel has such a huge range.  I dont think anybody knows how the running game is going to play out... including Shanahan.  It is clear that as of right now Selvin Young is the guy, but that could change as the season approaches.  We brought in seasoned vet Pittman and I have heard that Ryan Torrain has been impressing in camp so far.  I am guessing that Selvin, not being the big bruising back but rather the quick speedy back, will be getting about 15-20 carries a game.  I say 15-20 carries a game because Selvin doesnt have the "big frame" that allows some backs to take 25+ carries a game and also the depth that we have at the running back position will also limit some of his carries.  If Selvin stays healthy I am going to estimate that he rushes for 1,378.  I am going to throw a surprise out there and say that Ryan Torrain will be the second leading rusher on the team and will end up with 725 yards.
