Well, I've pretty much given up.
Around five or six months ago, my computer came down with a virus. How it was obtained, I will not say coughs. While my dad was trying to scourge the computer in hopes of getting rid of the virus while I was at school, he proceeded to delete every single file in the computer, including all our add-ons (and, somehow, the virus.) I since have successfully attempted to download the flash player, and according to my computer’s add-ons window, it is currently running just fine. However, it still will not let me watch videos or stream anything on certain sites. For example, I can watch the Rod Smith video in that post just fine, but when I click on it and try to watch it on YouTube, it tells me to install the flash player. I have never heard of anyone with this problem, or how to fix it, but I do have an idea, if you or Zappa can help me. I know there is a way to reset the computer to the settings of a previous date. However, I have no idea how to do that. If you think it would help and know how to do that, please help me. You don’t know what it’s like to have been without YouTube for so long.
Why do I live in Kansas City?
The coughs part
was supposed to be surrounded by asterisks, not bold, as in I was coughing because I didn’t want you to know how I got the virus…. yeah, let’s leave it at that. Don’t know why that happened.

Sound like it's time for a re-format.
It is possible to restore your system to a previous System Restore Point. However, it is possible that the virus got backed up into one of these restore points, so restoring might just reintroduce it. I am going to assume you are using Windows XP. The concepts and procedures are similar for Windows Vista.
If you want to explore the System Restore option, go to the Start Menu >All Programs>Accessories->System Tools->System Restore and follow the wizard that comes up.
However, I would recommend doing a complete re-format and re-install of windows. Not only does this guarantee that the Virus is off your computer, your computer will run like new. To do this, first back up an files you want to save to a CD or JumpDrive or another computer. Make sure you have copies of all your software and system drivers, because you will have to reinstall them. Then, track down the Windows CD that should have come with your computer. Depending on the brand, it will either be a generic Windows XP disk, or a Branded Windows XP disk. If it is branded, there should be instructions that came with your computer (look on/in the disk, or on the manufacturers website). If you have a generic Windows XP disk, follow the instructions here: http://helpdesk.its.uiowa.edu/windows/instructions/reformat.htm
Hope this helps.
Was the show only 1 HR.
I lost track of time and when I got on at 7:00PM west coast time and I guess the show was over. If it was I can still listen to it on podcast….....just wondering though.
just re-read the post....
and now I know why I couldn’t hear the show. I’ll try ustreamers next time. I don’t usually check the site because I just open the ubroadcast player.
No worries.
I’ll be looking forward to hearing what you have to say next week when you are at training camp. Especially if you do a show one of the nights you are up there. Anyways, that is sick that the Broncos are giving you media access while you are up there. Hopefully you will now get to talk to players that you wouldn’t be able to without the access.
