Class act
Reading between the lines, the take-home message I get is that Lynch has come to realize that, despite the intensity of his off-season workout regimen, he just isn’t able to play at a high-enough level (presumably, as a pass defender) to have the kind of on-field impact he’s used to having. If he feels the Broncos haven’t given him the chance to show what he can do on obvious passing downs, or that they’ve mis-evaluated him, he’s too classy to say so. I note that he seems to be committed to the Denver area even if his playing days are over. Just as with Rod, it had to happen sooner or later. I hope he remains with the Broncos organization in some capacity, perhaps as a position coach once he’s come to terms with his playing days being over, but whatever he does I wish him well. He’s given us four good years. He’s a class act.

Lynch is a very, very intelligent guy.
He can go into broadcasting or coaching if he wants to. Good call Spock.

I think you are right on Spock.
He may feel that he can still play at a Pro-Bowl level, but the competition on the Broncos may limit his playing time and the tells of situational play are too heavy to bear. He is indeed a very intelligent guy and can do well in the booth or the sidelines. Best of luck to a class guy.

When he speaks of not
bringing a Championship to denver, I really feel for him. That AFC championship probably haunts a lot of broncos, and now, ex-broncos.
I will say that while he didn’t bring a championship, he did bring a very real HOPE for that ring. Broncos fans can get excited about anything (Simeon Rice, Travis Henry), but when Lynch came to town, a lot of fans could feel 2005 right around the corner. Unfortunately that didn’t go down well, but at least Lynch can feel good about what he did try to do.
My only sadness in all of this is that he was one of the players hurt the most by our dismal showings against SD. If he isn’t busy elsewhere, I sure hope he can find the time to make it to those games to watch us stomp the hell out of Rivers…

I've already mailed...
...a copy of the film to the Motion Picture Academy. I’m hoping you get a well deserved Oscar this year. (Finishes wiping poop from my already brown nose).

Forgive my ignorance of team policy,
but would they let you bring your camera to the field for practice? Some live action shots would be great.
Why do I live in Kansas City?
That was your own film?!!
It was so slick, with such high production values, I just assumed . . .

Should have been a reply to Guru's above comment.
See, your “skills”made me forget how to leave a comment. lol

Thanks guys!!!
They are really picky about what you can and can’t do, and my camera is a FlipVideo, which is great up close but nothing to speak of at zoooming.
Thanks for the kind words…This has been alot of fun!

I must hand it to you Guru!
I thought you had figured out some slick link from one of the TV stations. I thought it was really cool that you could actually hear the questions! In all the sound bites from the broncos you only hear Shanahan’s reply. This really makes it better for me. Thanks Guru, you’re pretty talented.
Please pass the tp ht.

You guys have a lot of deep signatures. Anyways, Lynch’s skills have deteriorated enough that he’s a tremendous liability in coverage. There was rumor/story on the Bears possibly looking at him. I don’t think it’s possible barring an injury to Brown again. He was one of the best though….we’ll miss you!
Class act..
We need fast safety for our scheme.
Seven in the box means all pass coverage come from our defensive backs. That means FAST AS HELL safeties.
All the best to Lynch, he doesnt fit in denver any more.. so best of luck to him in the New England area…
perhaps he can teach them to play with honor..
