Happy 2nd Birthday MileHighReport.com!
Mile High Report has entered the 'terrible two's', turning two years old on Sunday. It was two years ago I started MileHighReport looking to provide Broncos fans all over the world a positive place on the web to talk about, learn about, comment about Denver Broncos football in a laid back atmosphere.
I wanted MileHighReport to have that "Cheers" feel, where everyone knows your name and they're always glad you came. Most importantly, I wanted Broncos Fans to have a site that was worthy of them, the greatest fans in the world.
Two years later, MHR has exceeded every one of my expectations. It has been a labor of love. There are so many people to thank I could spend all day, and I definitely want to thank the contributors to MHR - Styg50, HoosierTeacher, Zappa and MDierk -- but most importantly I want to thank you, the reader, members, commenters and lurkers of MileHighReport.com. It is because of you that I, and the rest of the contributors, do what we do and why we love it so much.
Here's to the past 2 years, with eyes focused on the next 2, and beyond. Rest assured the Denver Broncos are well on their way back to dominance, and MileHighReport.com will be right there to be....

you've enhanced my Broncos experience
a hundred fold. Thank you for all you do, Guru, Styg50, HT, Zappa, and MDierk. Like beer, my wife, and my kids, life is made better with this site. Congrats on entering the terrible 2’s!

Awesome Place
I can’t remember the day I joined, but I remember you promoting your articles on Broncosfreak, and I remember that they were good stuff.
Then I found out about the podcasts; they were downloadable, so I got the first 12 or so and dumped them on my iPod and listened to them nonstop on the bus ride, on the way to class, and at work. I even got a mention as ‘some guy who was crazy enough to want to listen to all of the podcasts nonstop’.
I have learned so much about football and the Broncos, and this site has added so much to the Broncos online community.
Thanks!

Now
I like it! Truer words could not be spoken
It reminds of the Samuel Taylor Coolidge poem, which Iron Madien made into a song. Rime of the Ancient Mariner.

its funny
I learned about him thru music and not from HS. It made me want to read his poem. The only book we ever had to read in English/American Lit was Lord of the Flies.

you have really desecrated “Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner” with that one. Just sayin’.

Happy BDay
I think the Broncos celebrated their own terrible twos last year in prep for MHR.
Victor Frankl:
What man actually needs is not a tensionless state but rather the striving and struggling for some goal worthy of him. What he needs is not the discharge of tension at any cost, but the call of a potential meaning waiting to be fulfilled by him.
Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.

I’ve learned more about the nuts and bolts of football in the last two years than in the 50+ others. Thanks and may we have many more.

Actually no, we're not
I’m 2 years older than she is, but we’re so close that we might as well be. We’ve always been best friends, share a room, talk every night, etc. (Yes, nauseating, I know…)

I recall you wrote you were trying to teach her. If so, I hope she ends up orange and blue!

She does watch football
and enjoys it, and roots for the Broncos, so she’s good. She doesn’t know the game the way I do, but supports Colorado teams.

Happy 2nd Birthday!
I found MHR shortly after I deployed for a one year tour to Northern Kuwait in the fall of 2006. Being able to maintain linkage with such a dynamic segment of America really helped me grind through the deployment month after month.

LOVE, DEDICATION, KNOWLEDGE, INSITES, LOVE, DEDICATION........
HARD WORK! I, as a BRONCOS FAN, can not thank this site, and the contributors enough, 4 the constant input that keeps all of us tuned in and tuned up! It is with a great deal of gratitude that I say HAPPY B DAY, and there had better b many more! Otherwise, I will simply not know what to do, where to go, or who to talk 2!
You have given us all, education, information and a place to voice our opinions, and like another fan responded, you always seem to post “something” at least every day. Not like some fan support networks in some other towns. Again, Thanx from all the BRONCOS FANS, who will continue to contribute to the fun and games here on MHR!
