according to several articals montrea holland has been traded to dallas for a fifth round pick in the 2010 draft. i didnt even know he was being shopped. i know shannahans doghouse is never a good place to be in but i didnt think it was this bad. is anyone surprised by this? i really hate the 75 word limit:( i really really hate it.

When Shanny first came in he looked at the, 'who's-been-here-for-every-off-season-workout-and-conditioning-list'....
I think its important to Shanny that you take care of yourself—to prove you are a professional that cares.
Strangely enough the one person he found on that list was a guy named Rod Smith.

i think Dallas will not be as good in 2010 and we'll probably get a higher 5th rounder then anyway. lol
