Al does need to let go.

I mean the Raiders have been a joke ever since losing to the Bucs in SB and I don’t see them getting better as long as Al Davis is in control. I mean Shanny left and is now 21-6 against OAK. Gruden got traded and then beat the Raiders in the SB and now he is allready shaking things up with Kiffen before the season starts.
