Saints Colston out 4-6 weeks

The Associated Press is reporting that New Orleans Star Wide Receiver Marques Colston will be out 4-6 weeks for recovery of surgery on his thumb.

Colston tore a ligament during the game with Tampa Bay. The Saints have not officially released their injury report, but a close source to the team leaked the news.

Denver plays New Orleans in less than 2 weeks. This is definately a blow to New Orleans. Colston is their go to guy and top playmaker at Wide Receiver. This is good news for Denver's Secondary, and could change the matchup that we were previously expecting.

yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!

is it me, or are we getting some breaks our way this season, after breaking everything last year? javon(like it would have mattered, but still), merriman and the banged up chargers, now this. this is huge. i was very worried about this game, they have a serious offense(brees, bush, mcallister?, shockey,…), and have improved their d with ellis, vilma, and co. but this is their go-to guy, and now i think we have the advantage in this one. we can cover the rest of these guys now, and focus on stopping the running game a little more, which isn’t their strength, even. wow, this changes everything. great news for us, bad for brees as my fantasy qb. but who cares?

its a shame

that there are so many good players getting hurt, but it is nice to finally have them on the other side of the ball. the breaks have certainly been going our way thus far. injuries are a part of the game and so far they have certainly worked in favor of the Broncos. the raiders, chargers, Patriots, and now Saints have all suffered substantial injuries that will be an advantage for us. i have my fingers crossed that our luck will continue throughout the season.

The chips are surely falling in favor of our team.

It’s a shame he is hurt, but at least its not too major. The Broncos are catching some early breaks in what should be a brutal first half of the season for us. We get out of the first 8 games with no more than two losses and we’ll be in great shape to make a run for the division title.

Reduced injuries

are due to the invigorating yoga program installed by Tuten.

As if my fantasy team wasnt screwed up already....

(Addai- did nothing, Ocho Cinco- did nothing) Im screwed lol.

But anyway, this will surely help us out in a few weeks when the Saints come marching in to Denver.

No kidding

Injuries are totally ruining my team.

First Brady is out for the year and now Colston’s out 4-6 weeks. CRAP.
