i love tiki

i’ve been reading his comments over at the dp for a while, now. he kills me. a little hard to read a long post at his website, but worth the effort.

on a totally unrelated note, does any of you tech-savvy guys know how to update your image profile(avatar)? i tried the copy-and-paste of the url with 3 different pics, nothing happens when i click update. i tried to use a pic from my computer, but you can’t paste it. also, i tried to use the browse button, and it just got stuck on the “in” position. nothing happened there either. do i need to fill out the profile(with words) to make it work? anyone know a different way of doing this? please let me know if you do, i’ve been trying to do this for some time, now. thanks!

Try this:

find the pic you want to use on your computer. Note where it is (which drive and folder) and what it is called. In your “edit profile” page here on MHR, click the “Choose” button for updating your profile image. It will open an explorer window, or file “browser” for your computer. Browse through it to the drive and folder where your image is saved, and select the image. Hit return and then scroll to the bottom of the page and save your settings. That should do it!

thanks, the browse button worked now, for some reason

i take it you can’t re-size or stretch the pic, though, and use it? i have a tall pic i wanted to use, and i resized it in “my pictures”, and saved it. but the profile seems to only use the original pic source, and cut off the top and bottom to fit the square shape. in other words, i have the square pic set up on my computer, but it seems to be using the url(original pic) and resizing it automatically. i guess i need an original square pic, then? and thanks for the help, guys

MHR's stock just keeps on rising.

There are a lot of places to get information about the broncos and analysis about upcoming/postgame analysis, however it is more concentrated over here.
