Our offense is simply awesome
This is what I have been waiting for since Elway and the SB days. True, we did stumble in the second half until we scored the winning TD. However I love it. Cutler just keeps impressing me every game. I can’t say this enough, man I am so glad we drafted this kid and he is simply money.
Scheffler is just a stud vs SD. I knew BMarsh was going to have a great game, just didn’t think he would pull down 18 and some of his catches just show you how skilled a WR he is.
Our run defense got better, however I would like to see some pass rush because I really don’t want to get into a shootout every week.
Here is the something we really needed to improve on this season and I like what I see:
Red Zone Scoring
Oak: 3 trips 3 TDs
SD: 6 trips 5 TDs

The original intent
of the NPLB was to get a handle on the redzone inadequacies of this team. I am happy to say that the original purpose is also wholly unnecessary this year. This is not a team that has trouble scoring in the redzone, nor with getting there.
I think we may even have a pretty good redzone defense, but it is hard to tell, with teams only having to run 2 or 3 plays to score on us from anywhere on the field…

Yea,
Pass rush is our main need. Without it, our think linebackers get toasted.
