MileHighReport Goes Mobile!
We interrupt your preperation for the Kansas City Chiefs with an exciting annoucment about MHR. The site is now optimized to be viewed from your mobile phone! This is very exciting since browsing the web via a mobile device is becoming more and more prevalent.
Here is the official annoucement posted on the SBNation Blog --
A couple days ago we quietly released an update that detects if you're visiting one of our blogs on a mobile device and redirects you to a mobile-friendly version of the site. A few folks already found it and sent us some excited notes. We're excited too!
Now your favorite SB Nation blogs should be quick and easy to read while you're riding the metro, walking down the street, or sitting in traffic (we don't condone blogging & driving). Our goal is to provide y'all something that downloads fast and is efficient to scroll through. Presently front page blog posts, comments and FanPosts are all available in this new format. And if you prefer the hi-res experience, you'll find a link to the 'Full Site Version' for all the graphics and widgets.
This is a first step in making all of our blogs more fun to use on your mobile phones and PDAs. We hope you enjoy! There are other mobile features planned in the future. And if you have any trouble browsing our the mobile version of our blogs, please send an email to support@sbnation.com.
Feel free to leave you feedback and thanks for making MileHIghReport part of your day!!!

that's a cool feature, but......
I’m too big of a tightwad to pay for that capability on my phone.

My company pays for my Crackberry
not that I wanted it. The reception on the phone is terrible, it keeps me up to date with my email (even when I don’t want it) but it does allow me to keep up with the game threads while watching the game (home computer is in line with the TV and is too hard to watch the game while on the computer).

Much better
I’ve been using Opera Mini which downloads the full-on page and allows you to zoom in to a specific area to click on the hyper-links. Only problem with it is that trying to pull the entire front-page of MHR over a cellphone line is very slow and tedious.
The new mobile support allows me to use the Crackberry browser and comes up much quicker!
Thanks!

I have recently found out that Verizon charges up the ass to
use their mobile web system. a hidden MB usage tool cost me $30 last month. I almost told them to shove it and cancelled, instead I was sweet talked into paying an extra $15 a month to get unlimited usage out of it. I’ll have to check this mobile web stuff out.

YAY!!!
What I have been waiting for. Would have loved to have been posting fromt he game the last two weeks. Or when I am out somewhere watching the game.
The timing couldn’t be worse for me – my web-capable phone just died, and I am finished attending games for the season. Oh well. :-)
BUSTED!!!
Can’t post comments. What’s the point. Tried to be a part of gameday thread, to no avail.
Arghh.
Wish it logged me in like the regular site does
I can’t currently tell which threads have “new comments.” Maybe they’ll add that in the future.
