Football Players get Vacation During the Season?

Missing Cell- Giants WR Plaxico Burress said he couldn’t find his cell phone in time to call the Giants to alert them that he was taking a vacation early this week. Come on guy. Send an e-mail, use a land line (I think those still exist), send a telegram, or use the pony express. This is 2008 and that is a lame excuse. I came up with better ones when I got in trouble in the third grade.
