Bronco Bets?
Which of the following do you think is least likely to occur this season?
(A) Jay Cutler throwing 3 interceptions in a game.
(B) A Bronco RB gaining 150 yards in a game.
(C) Denver STs not allowing another Punt or KO return for a TD.
(D) Denver Defense holding a team to 10 points or less.
(E) Denver getting 4 or more sacks in a game.
(F) Shanahan firing another coach at season's end.

Great thread
you’ll have to update it as things happen (or not)
I’ll list mine in order from least likely to happen, to most likely to happen:
(E)4 or more sacks in one game
(F) Shanahan firing another coach at season’s end (I assume you mean a coach of some note, and not the second assistant to the towel boy)
©Denver STs not allowing a TD
(D)Holding a team to 10 points or less
(B)150 yard back
(A)Cutler throwing up three INTs

Thanks for getting things started.
I am surprised a little you selected the most likely being Jay throwing 3 INTs. I can see him throwing 2 INTs again, but I only see 3 happening if he is still feeling enormous pressure to make things happen – meaning our defense is still giving up lots of points, and meaning our running game is not taking any pressure off him. I think if we get our running game going (like with a RB earning 100 or 150) than it will take pressure off him, and make multiple INTs even less likely. Although, there is one game I could see him potentially forcing things to that extent – the last game in SD. If we need that win to win the division or get in the playoffs, and they shut down our running game, and score a lot (both likely) than he could be in danger of throwing multiple INTs. I hope not though.

I mostly agree with Styg50's post
Except I’d change F to a little more likely. Shanahan seems to go through Defensive Coordinators as often as most people change their underwear. I’d say that Slowiks chances at keeping his job, based on the defensive perfomance so far is about 30% :)
I’ve also ranked them from least likely to most.
E 4 or more sacks
D Holding a team to less than 10 points
C Not allowing a kick or punt return TD
B 150 yard back
A Cutler throwing up three INTs
F Shanahan firing Slowik

Great question.........
I can see a possibility of all these things happening, but the least likely statement:
© Denver STs not allowing another Punt or KO return for a TD.
There are 12 more games to go, and I think its a given that they will give up more than one score on Special Teams (no matter how hard they try)
A RB having a 150 yd day could happen easily if the play call selection allowed it. Also, I think a 4 sack game will come eventually. Somewhere there’s an Offensive Line that is waiting to crack.

agreed on not allowing a return for TD as least likely
I think all of the others are somewhat likely.

My take
Least likely to occur to most likely to occur
D – Defense holding a team to 10 points or less
E – Defense get 4 or more sacks in a game
C – Not allowing a Special Teams score
A – Cutler throwing 3 picks
F – Shanny firing a coach of note
B – Running Back gaining 150 yards
I just can’t see a RB not getting 150 yards at some point this season. I can’t believe that we don’t have one over 100 yet! Maybe the Train will fix all of that!
After Guru’s post pointing out how well the Defense actually did in KC, I see Mike giving Slowik some leeway, but that being said, I don’t see us holding anyone to less that 10 points and getting 4 or more sacks this year. If we couldn’t do it against KC, who are we going to do it against.
Finally, Special Teams for Denver are just Special (as in short bus special) so you never know what you’re going to get out of them. I hold my breath on every punt or kickoff!

Honestly
D. I cant see this team only allowing 10 points or less.\
E. 4 sacks in a game, right now I would be estatic with 2 in one game
F. I dunno
C. Things have to get better regarding the ST’s., right?
b. This could happen, my bet is on later in the year when it gets colder
a. I cant see JC throwing 3 in a game, I dont think he has ever thrown 3 in a game yet

Well C we already gave up a touchdown on a KO return to Sproles so that would have to be the least likely since it already has been proved false
Otherwise:
4 Sacks
Defense holding a team to less than 10 points
Cutler throwing three picks,
Shanny firing a coach
RB getting a 150 yds

I agree the STs TD most likely to happen AGAIN.
But I hope not.
My own choices, least likely to most likely:
F. Shanny firing someone.
(I think things will improve enough, and I think he realizes continuity is important at this point.)
D. Defense holding team to 10 points or less.
(If anyone thinks there is any chance, please tell me against who?)
C. Denver STs will definitely give up at least one more STs TD.
(The only question is when, and how many more?)
A. Cutler throwing 3 INTs in a game.
(I agree with stuckinSD, he has never done it yet, so why now?)
E. 4 Sacks in a game for our defense.
(This is possible if they can change up their scheme a little, like 2 SAFs back, with pressure front.)
B. A RB gaining 150 yards in a game.
(This will definitely happen. Only question is when? I say not until after the bye.)

Okay, somehow my reply got messed up!
C. is suppossed to be most likely. Everything else is in the right order.
