Has "Invesco" become the friendly confines??

For the past three seasons, the Denver Broncos have had too many losses on thier home field and in the last two seasons the home record has been 8-8.  Denver's homefield advantage has been lost.  It looks more like Wrigley Field (that no opponet fears) than the Mile High intimidation that once struck fear into the visitor.  Losing to the Jags, faders, Bills and fish this past season was unacceptable.

Teams in this league that can't get it done at home rarely if ever get far in the NFL.  The only exception to this rule is the 2007 Giants when they went 9-1 on the road, but only 4-4 at home.

Now with the removal of Shanny, the excitement of a new coach (whoever that will be) and a changed roster, will the "Mile High Magic" return to the Broncos?  I say it can!  The team will have a different sort of leader next season, but Broncos fans need to play thier part as well.  For too long, the wine and cheese crowd has ruined the advantage for the Broncos.  I'm not talking about going to boorish behavior and fights in the stands, I mean crowd noise and lots of it!  When fans leave because they are cold or want to beat traffic, that is a sad state for Broncomaina.  We need fans to toughen up like the team needs to toughen up.  It is way past time for real fans to return the "Magic" too.

I agree, I think that hopefully Pat also sees that the wine and cheese crowd needs to go

I understnad wanting higher revenue, but if Pat wants a real winning team and a true homefield advantage he needs to figure out how to get some of those corporate seats to the average diehard. Also I would propose expanding the stadium to have a cpapcity of at least 85,000, build a parking and bus complex over at the old McNichols site with some built in bars and really make it more fan friendly. The biggest problem with the new mile high is that there is no parking and limited area to tailgate, I mean when you have to tailgate under I-25, just not the same ad old Mile High where parking stunk, but everyone was there together get liquered up before the game.

Amen to the wine sippers...

There’s no room in the lower bowl for crazy Broncomaniacs… it seems all the fans cash out to visiting fans who take over the atmosphere. I’ve seen it happen with the Cheeze-heads and Cowboys fans. They simply crowded out that lower bowl. It was embarrassing. To me, at least.
