Sharpe Finalist for hof
Former Broncos tight end Shannon Sharpe is among the 17 finalists who will be considered for election to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Sharpe is one of four first-year eligible players being considered for election.
He caught 815 passes for 10,060 yards and 62 touchdowns in his career. When he retired, he was the all-time leader among tight ends in all three categories.
Looks like TD didn't make the next to final cut.

I should have known
that Guru would get it to the Front Page before I could get the Fan Post in with the requisite 75 words. Damn!

lol Guru is da Guru for a reason. heh
TD gettin’ shafted again annoys me, but I realize they will never allow more than one Bronco in at a time.
This is my GAP, there are many like it but this one is mine. Without my GAP I am useless, without me, they will run through my GAP. I will protect my GAP and have my brothers back on his. I will not be moved from my GAP, I am a crazed dog that patrols this area and will defeat all who entire it. I own this GAP, it is mine. I bought it with blood and sweat. I will not be pushed. I will not be moved. This Sunday I will make a stand and a statement.

imagine what Canton would look like if they did
It was pretty orange when Elway was inducted, I can just imagine if Sharpe and TD (or Gradishar) went in together. The Redksins fans represented well last year when Art Monk and Darrel Green went in, there was a ton of burgundy everywhere. But I think Bronco fans would put them to shame if they had a pair go in at the same time.

We aren't in the NFC East...EAST. I am angry right now.

Yeah, but
he did the politically correct thing and spelled out the name of that institution with capitals and everything…

My only beef with this
is that Elway is in there. I know that isn’t justice, not by a long shot, but I think he gies it enough credibility to go ahead and capitalize it.
Just my opinion. If I think about F.Little for very long, i tend to change my mind for awhile… :)

styg50 and DesertBroncoFan are speaking for my heart.
And if it is politically incorrect to refuse to spell out the name using capital letters, then bury my body among the sinners. I refuse to give my honor and respect to the h.o.f. (de-emphasis, etc.) until they do the same for certain Broncos, and frankly many other superior players who chose the bless the heartland with their talent.
If this be Hell, let us make the most of it!
