"As for how Orton feels, he is in heaven. He's playing behind an offensive line that gives him plenty of time, he has a great receiving corps and he says that he's learned more in the last four months than he did in 4 years in Chicago."

Bear!!

You lost your bear-ness. But that still won’t stop me from throwing salmon at you.

Suzy has always been my favorite.

I always felt early on you could tell she was a football fan.

And of course, speaking of kissing Suzy……

Joe Namath: I wanna kiss you. I couldn’t care less about the team struggling. What we know is we can improve. Chad Pennington, our quarterback, missed the first part of the season, and we struggled. We’re looking to next season, we’re looking to make a noise now and … I wanna kiss you!

SK: Thanks Joe! I’ll take that as a complement.

Can you blame Namath? I think she's a bit hot without being wasted.

And Joe was blitzed!!!

“that he’s learned more in the last four months than he did in 4 years in Chicago”

I bet Lovie Smith didn’t like reading that quote.

I'm going to go ahead and say

Jay looked emo-miserable last night every time the camera was on him. I can’t say it didn’t give me a sense of deep satisfaction :)

I’m glad Kyle likes it here, he’s playing well, the offense is getting better every week, and the sky is the limit. I’m sure he loves playing behind a line that can pass block as well!!

Ya, I don't really care anymore, I really don't.

I have a lot of friends back in Illinois that are Bears fans, so I get to go back and forth with them.

I just like seeing what a good QB (Orton) can do with a little protection. Bears fans are none too happy with their O-Line right now.

good thing they can draft a good o-lineman in the first round this coming draft

wait – oops.

So they’ll have to wair for the second round.

Oh, wait….

Sorry, after the way he disrespected this franchise, and Mr. Bowlen, I want him to regret it the rest of his career. And with Chi giving away draft picks the way they are, that line is a long ways from respectability.

I’m so very glad we have a QB that appreciates what he has. Orton is gaining my respect more and more, each and every week. So far he’s been perfect for this offense. And he, and the rest of the offense, will only grow and get better every week.

GO BRONCOS!!

I remember all to often the pouting on the sidelines last season.

It was sad to see him pouting as he took the field on the last drive. It was a self fulfilling prophecy of failure. Once I saw his face when he walked out on the field, I knew the game was over. Cutler needs to get over whatever funk he has about games being over. Maybe it’s just that Vandy inside him. I don’t know. Regardless, he needs to get over it and believe there is a chance to win. That’s what made Elway great. He believed there was a chance and then he made it happen. Cutler just doesn’t have that, right now, and it’s a tragedy, given all of that talent.

If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

If it was Bonnie Bernstein

he would have wanted to kiss her and for that matter, so would I. I love it, Orton says he’s learned more in four weeks in Denver than he did in four years at Chicago. That is hilarious!

With you there, dude.

I think I’d have to go with Pam if I had to pick one of the three.

But, I’d rather have all three!

Not totally true...

… I am sure Orton learned how to take a hit or two playing in that horrible offense. Not to mention practices.

Speaking about horrible offenses…. did anyone catch the Bears game this weekend? Zing!

Suzie's awesome

her happy go lucky vibe is highly infectious, and brightens up any game she’s reporting on.

by RockyMountainHigh on Oct 19, 2009 5:08 PM MDT reply actions

One thing you have to give Suzie,

Is that she knows her stuff. There have been more than a few pretty faces doing sideline reporting that were virtually clueless about the game.

Consider, too

that in Orton we have a quarterback who wants to learn.
