I answered my own question Cutler has 45 TD and 7 int in the red zone in his career.

Also look at each QB’s numbers inside their own 20

Cutler 1 TD (to Royal) and 10 ints
Orton 1 TD (immaculate deflection) 2 ints

Those are numbers are just as important.
