Just take a glance at the schedule and you will be very happy!

I don’t understand how people say that the Broncos are a fluke. They have faced the toughest schedule by winning percentage of any of the undefeated or one defeat teams. Also all the Broncos have to do to finish 11-5 is go 5-5 in the last 10 games.
Lets go game by game here.
7 Bye

8 Nov 01 DEN @ BAL I think that Denver matches up well with Baltimore on the WR vs CB on both sides and have the defensive line to limit the amount of running successes. Also give McDaniels and Nolan 2 weeks to prepare and its easy. WIN 7-0

9 Nov 09 PIT @ DEN Again we just have to make sure that they become one dimensional (no running game) and put pressure on Big Ben. I would be scared more if it was in PIT but I expect that defense to play well with Troy back. Close game but LOSE 7-1

10 Nov 15 DEN @ WAS Easy. Jim Zorn, Jason Campbell, lost at home to KC, and 29th ranked scoring offense. Enough said. WIN 8-1

11 Nov 22 SD @ DEN Same game plan as last night. If we just controlled Sproules it would have been worse. Defense got left out too much because of Royal’s returns put them right back on the field (not that I’m complaining too much!). Key stat: 3 points scored by SD in 2nd half. WIN 9-1

12 Nov 26 NYG @ DEN Again close game. All depends on which NYG offense shows up. I believe we can stop their pass rush but idk how well their offense will do. Toss up goes to home team WIN 10-1

Star-divide

13 Dec 06 DEN @ KC KC 26th ranked scoring defense. WIN 11-1

14 Dec 13 DEN @ IND Peyton Manning planning for home field advantage in

AFC. I’ll take Peyton on this one unfortunately but do expect a close game. LOSS 11-2

15 Dec 20 OAK @ DEN Oakland, Russel, at home. Enough said. WIN 12-2

16 Dec 27 DEN @ PHI This is another tough one. Depends on what Philly team shows up. But it is at home and since it is a toss up (at this point we will see how well Philly does up until here). Win goes to home team though LOSS 12-3

17 Jan 03 KC @ DEN Again KC, in Denver. WIN 13-3 even with the subs playing, depending on what Indy does throughout the season that is.

There you go 13-3. I would guess that Indy also goes 13-3 or 14-2 just based on what their schedule looks like so Head-to-head tie gives them the 1 seed and Denver the 2 seed. Of course you have the saying any given Sunday, but with the coaching of McDaniels and Nolan I have reason to believe that we will never be outcoached in any game we play. I believe in this team and am excited for future years of continued success! Playoffs here we come!

Poll
Where do you think the Broncos will end up?
The first half of the season was good but I see this team collapsing ala 2008

I think that they have played well and gotten lucky a couple of times. Expect San Diego to come back and win the division with Denver as WC

I will still favor NYG

I live in NY and I’ve watched a lot of Giants. They are for real. This was their “off” game, but they will be in NFC championship game this year. We will be competitive, but I wouldn’t be upset if we lost

Yeah, but their only real win was against the cowboys, who we also beat.

They have been beating up on teams like the bucs and raiders all year. Everyone now knows that the middle of their secondary is VERY VERY weak. I see a lot of Gaffney and Scheffler and Big BMarsh over the middle. The saints were successful using the vertical passing game up the middle, so I think the broncos could take advantage of that too.

If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

Don't overlook NY

I live in NY & my wife is a Giants fan. We went to both of the Giant home games so far & I would be careful about overlooking them. Even though they do not have a " #1 wide receiver", they have a lot of talent on the offense and defense. The Raiders couldn’t get out of the way fast enough. They are missing Aaron Ross who is a good corner & haven’t even put Chris Canty on the field. The Saints may be the best team in the NFL, so throw that game out the window for them. That said, I don’t think any game on the schedule is unwinnable for us.

okay................

So if you are throwing out the saints game, that leaves the chiefs, raiders, cowboys, and bucs. We can all agree that the chiefs and bucs are terrible. The raiders have been terrible except for last week against the eagles. So, you played one quality game against the cowboys and won by two, getting killed by their run game. We played the cowboys and won 17-10 and kept them under control all of the second half.

If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

It's only who you beat,

… but how you beat them. The Giants are not without flaws, but they really looked good against the bad teams. The same applied for us when we beat the Browns & Raiders. Look at what happened to the Eagles against the Raiders. Good teams avoid the letdown games ( ie Raiders and Chiefs last year). Just don’t count it as a can’t lose game.

whoops

not only who you beat. sorry

That Balt game worries me,

their D may be getting old, but they also have two weeks to prepare for the Broncos. Winable for sure, but, worisome non the less.

and

we have two weeks to prepare for them as well.

I take McD’s preparation over Harbaugh’s any day!

One of the best things about the schedule

We’re at home for many of our key games. This has been a significant factor, but it’s also been overlooked. Nearly everyone has cued in on ‘who’ we play rather than ‘where.’

A doctrine insulates the devout not only against the realities around them but also against their own selves. The fanatical believer is not conscious of his envy, malice, pettiness and dishonesty. There is a wall of words between his consciousness and his real self.

Just remember

a) We haven’t played anyone decent yet

b) We have an easy schedule

c) We are lucky

d) We will implode after the bye week

e) We are the worse 6 – 0 team ever

f) Kyle Orton has a noodle arm

g) I’ve got to get my tongue out of my cheek now because I need to wipe this self contented grin off my face soon.

I have so many friends some I haven't even used yet
