UPDATED with louder audio

There's not really a lot to add today in the way of text.  I'll be tweeting on Sunday (@TedBartlett905,) and my column Shallow Thoughts & Nearsighted Observations will appear her Tuesday morning, for those who aren't as familiar with MHR.  Thanks for visiting us;  I hope you enjoy the video, and I appreciate your feedback, as always.  Go Broncos!!

Thanks so much for lighting up my saturday evening! Great as always!

Only problem was the volume of the audio…had to crank it all up ;) but heck it’s worth it!

I am always forgetting to bump that up for the rendered version...

I will fix it

ah no worries! ur putting so much effort in it already...if the only thing I have to do is turn up the volume I'll be happy to do so.

Can’t wait to look for those matchups tomorrow! Learned a lot again..
Even in Madden I might now start looking at the safeties and have better judgement on wether to throw a pass to B-Marsh ;)

Thanks Ted

Appreciate what you have to say, so I’d like to hear it. :)

With the laptop, all I can get is that something is being said.

I love watching these

Thank you for taking the time to put them together.

Very nice

I particularly appreciate the sober, mature assessment of each opposing defense’ players. Quite a contrast to the bombastic hyperbole about one player or another that passes for journalism elsewhere.

If there were a price of admission, this feature alone would be worth it.

This.

Knowing that three or four players on the Cowboys D can be summed up as “just a guy” is something that needs to be more widely disseminated.

At this point in the season, all the Rockies' numbers are magic.

Nicely done Ted!

My main concern is trying to effectively establish the run with Hochstein at RG and Polombus at RT.

If they both played

Hochstein would be in for Hamilton at LG and Polumbus in for Harris at RT. As of this morning tho, it sounded like Harris would play.

Thank you sir

Nice breakdown. I’d love to see Eddie get his number called this week, mixin’ it up. Could this be the week that the Broncos pass offense takes that next big step to being seamless?

Awesome work Ted and rec'd.

Hopefully we can light it up this week, not really sure how the Cowboys secondary matches any of the 3 teams we have faced and it should be interesting. We should also look for some plays that haven’t been brought out as well against the them. I believe McDaniels has a few surprises coming up that he has kept secret just for this game. Can’t wait until tomorrow.

Boy's secondary

They have both CBs out injured, and have been playing without them.

Hellloooo out there...now i see why so many bronco fans are over on our site...

Ted, that was very very intriguing

Hope to see Stokely and Marshall lighting it up as shown!

I get a real kick out of watching...

..the plays run out in Madden. I don’t have a great PC (yet), but enjoy watching You Tube videos of folks playing games I want to get someday. (The first game I want to get is Empire – Total War).

If I get Madden, I think I’ll stay away from Ted. After all, I’d like to win a game here and there!

unfortunately Madden is not being released on PC anymore...

I have to admit I bought an Xbox360 just to play Madden10 after playing Madden 08 for 2 seasons on my PC. It’s a shame that they r not making it for PC anymore….

Ha..

thank you i haven’t laughed like that in a long time…..you guy’s have a good team, i don’t think you have to rely on breaking down madden game coverage to believe you can win…lol…that is some funny stuff…what did he say spencer would have a hard time bringing down the rb in the open…are serious..he’s great in space and against the run thats where he excells….i’m not saying that the bronco’s can’t or wont win because they can. I don’t think they will but i’m a cowboys fan so you know were i’m coming from…..anyway thanks for the laugh and good luck i hope it’s a good injury free game…

Seems like I get this every week from a fan of the opposing team

and then, every week, what I said ends up being right. We don’t have to rely on breaking down Madden to think our team can win, but members of our community get something from it, so I do it. It’s a teaching tool, and I don’t know any other blog that has anything like it going on.

Nice one, Ted

It was great fun watching the broncos execute the trip left screen right play with Daniel Graham last week after you told us what to watch for. I laughed, recognizing it instantly as a variation of the play you’d showed us. Can’t wait to look for this stuff in the Dallas game. Keep up the great work!!

Great week on week improvement

The pictures and names of the defensive players are now clear and readable. A great perspective and informative series.

THANKS

Ted, you remind me of the Broncos

you just keep improving every week…just like you said you would!
