John and various members of the staff here are once again competing in the annual MHR Pick'em challenge. You will notice the Denver Broncos game is not included. We'll just say everyone roots for the Broncos each week! Guru's wife is a Patriots fan, so her pick will be of the Broncos game. Just so homerism doesn't affect the outcome again this year.

Just so homerism doesn’t affect the outcome again this year.
Except for this, you all (except for Mrs. Guru, maybe) could have had three more correct picks. ;-)
A man does what he has to do, and sometimes it’s not what I believe he should do. There’s no reason to use up energy hating him for it. Shoot him if you have to, but don’t hate him.

Love the Jags pick, Z
but the Jets pick cancels it out. I also think Henne has a stellar debut and guns down the Bills. TO meltdown to follow. Thigpen can actually do something with the Wildcat. Pat White sucks.

Mrs. Guru must really hate her patriots
She picked the broncos to win the ravens vs Pats game. Guru, you really did some work to make her pick a team that is going to be playing a game 3000 miles away from New England. Denver must be really good to win twice on the same day.
