Jerry Jones comments on the Broncos
DENVER -- Cowboys owner Jerry Jones tried to drown his sorrows in orange slices Sunday, grabbing them for sustenance in a stunned Dallas locker room as he contemplated his team's 17-10 loss to the undefeated Denver Broncos.
"We're 2-2 and I'm not going to sit here and look like we've lost the Super Bowl," Jones said. "That's just not called for here. It's not in me. I'm going to give Denver a lot of credit. There is a reason they are 4-0. They hung in there. Stayed with it."
"We could possibly have gotten up another score while we had that lead, and didn't. Give (the Broncos) some credit," a red-faced Jones said in a staggered Dallas locker room. "We knew before we played them that they were going to be tough to move the ball on. Whatever the reason, we didn't run the ball well – obviously I don't need to tell you that – in the second half."
Thanks Coach Jones ! Everyone likes 'some' credit !

There wasn't much else he could say I guess.
We beat a very good football team yesterday and haven’t heard a peep out of the msm bashing the Cowboys or Romo. This is interesting since most of them picked Dallas to beat the living tire out of us. This team is an interesting speck on everyone’s radar now. Maybe folks will start to listen.

I hope not
Just let the world keep underestimating our team and giving it no respect – the formula’s worked well so far and if ain’t broken, don’t fix it!
Go Broncs!

Here's the bottom line...
the Broncos will give every team they play ever thing they’ve got. And quite frankly that spells bad news for every team who plays us. It means they can’t let up or hope to find an opponent that gives away too many cheap points. It means we might not win every game, but will leave the field with the respect of the other team. The one thing I LOVE about this team is that they’re truly not afraid of anyone. I haven’t felt that way since our SB years.

Now Denver has the four "Easy Games" out of the way..
…now the real meat of the schedule comes! Losing to the Giants at home and the Broncos on the road, the Cowboys have nothing to be ashamed of.

Jerry Jones is going to make history this offseason...
For the second time in 15 years, Wade Phillips will be replaced by Mike Shanahan. lol

Very likely Shanahan will be at Dallas
Shanny has been mentioned for multiple teams already but I’ve been picking him for Dallas for two months or better now. He is an ideal fit for the team and owner. If they do sign him the odds of Dallas winning a Super Bowl blow way up.

Thank you.
