Ravens fans chanting 6 and 1
I was sitting in the first row of today's game behind Denver's bench and throughout the day I kept hearing a few Ravens fans chant "6 and 1, 6 and 1, 6 and 1"... At first, I tried to ignore it, but about half way through the third, more and more fans started chanting "6 and 1." I had to smile to myself, 6 and 1 is a record I am happy to take in any season.
They could always have chanted 4 and 3, but it just doesn't roll off the tongue the same.
These fans who at the end of the game started to chant "over-rated" will be rooting for us next week while we play the Steelers. I am sure they will not call us "over-rated," but will they chant 7 and 1?

fans are funny.
no logic to it, just getting jacked up.
"I just looked across the huddle to see the guys in the huddle with me: great offensive line, great talent at wide receiver, great tight ends, great running backs. If we execute and play the way that we should, it should be tough to stop us."

it is amazing isn't it?
Enemies this week, friends next week. They played well and we didn’t. Hats off to them.

I would have...
gone to the game if not for this flu. I’m going to make it a point to make the Redskins game. I’m driving from NJ so if there are any good rates for hotesl, greatly appreciated.
Missed the game today due to said sickness and slept. From what I have read and seen in highlights, I’m grateful to have a loss this season. This team still has to learn to win and Baltimore’s defense hasn’t been quite its usual self. Having never won in Baltimore negates this sting but 6-1 is pretty good. In fact, the only perfect season is the SB trophy!

re
Utley is a beast man. I’m really impressed w/the Phillies and had several Mets fans chanting about the Post Season homerun record. Just classic Mets fans, when the Yankees rallied at the top of the 8th, their more than usual slumpy, never say die attitude (sarcasm) took over and they left the bar. I guess misery loves company because it was almost a dozen Met fans cheering Philly.
For those who aren’t familiar w/the northeast and its loyalty to its teams, it almost like a Yankee fan cheering for Boston to beat the Mets in the 1986 World Series. Just isn’t going to happen.
I had Yankees winning in 6 by the way but Philly isn’t no pushover that’s for sure. Oh, did I mention they’re the reigning world champs? Good series for sure.

That is what you should've chanted. Now that would have really been funny.

Overrated
I always think its funny when fans start shouting overrated because then it means they have just beat a team that is not that good…so what does that make their team? I’d try to brag about beating one of the best teams in the league-thatd make my team even better.

Ravens fan proud of win
because we beat a damn good team by playing great and keeping you in check. I’d still rather be 6-1 than our 4-3 and yes, I am going to be a HUGE Broncos fan next week!

haha, justifiably so.
You guys definitely put a “baltimore beatdown” on our Broncos the other day. Great win and great week of discussion beforehand.
I’m sure the broncos will be up to the task of helping you guys out in your division race. Nobody likes the steelers, anyways. Good luck the rest of the season, Bruce.
If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.
