When 3 INT's don't look so bad...
Long time reader, first time poster. I've just moved to the Denver area last month after being in the Army for the past 7 years and a Broncos fan for the better part of a decade. I LOVE the fact that I can now turn on 104.3 ,The Fan, and listen to Broncos talk almost every time I get in my car on any day of the week. I LOVE that I can turn my TV to "The Josh McDaniels Show" and "Football Preview" on Saturdays to get my Broncos fix after my UCLA Bruins have, in all likelihood, lost miserably. I ,however, HATE what I've been hearing on the radio or the TV after Monday nights loss to the Steelers. Pure, unbridled negativity.
Now don't get me wrong, I worry about the Chargers catching back up with us as well, but that's more due to the fact that I think that they're still a good team, not due to a belief that our team is really bad. The fact that two games of so-so to lackluster QB play can wipe clean the memory of 6 games of good to great QB play boggles the mind. As Mr. Darth Vader said once, "I find your lack of faith disturbing."
Now, to the reason I decided to write this little FanPost...Did anyone else see that Thursday night game? WOW! I really hate doing this because it's over and done with in my mind, but WOW 5 INT's!!! Get off Orton for his measly 3 last weekend. Every QB is entitled to a bad game or two and I'll gladly take a 9/4 versus a 14/17 TD to INT ratio. Something to think about. GO BRONCOS!!!

Welcome to MHR!
And I totally agree… the negativity drives me crazy, and often I have to keep myself from answering in order to prevent some useless debate… I hope the Cutler-lovers watched yesterday…. that should tell them enough…
Anyway, looking forward to more contributions :)!

Thanks
I’m thinking of writing a summary of the weeks radio talk and the fan sentiment on Fridays. Oh my goodness. Just turned on Rome is Burning and the first topic his him KILLING Cutler. Ouch.

Yes, I watched the game yesterday
and it was abyssmal by both teams. Every time Princess threw an INT, he had this dumbfounded look on his face like, “how did that happen?”
At least Orton recognizes his responsibility and understands that when one is a leader, every error of the team is his.
I laughed at the bumbling Bears and wept for the ’Niners…
That first round draft pick keeps lookin’ better!

Welcome to MHR
My daughter — an avid Broncos fan going to school in Denver and a fan who is not a Cutler supporter — just texted this comment about last night’s game:
“Wow. Leave it to Cutler to throw more INTs in one game than Orton’s thrown all year.”
"The best defense is a good offense. Or is it the other way around." Wolverine
Pray for the best, prepare for the worst, and know you will come down somewhere between the two.

I loved watching
That douche throw those 5 picks, nothing better than the 2 in the redzone. I am a bit jealous of you being able to hear local Bronco talk, but if the radio is anything like the post I dont miss the negativity. I can get that here in SD. I raise my beer in all hopes JC leads the NFL in picks this year

Same place as Afroman...
I’m from Palmdale, up in the High Desert on the other side of the San Gabriel Mountains. I was in the Springs from 03-06 when I was in the Army and I wanted to come back ever since. Now I’m in Northglenn and loving it.
