Interview with Karl Mecklenburg about Leadership, Cutler, and Everything Wrong with the Redskins
Hey MHR, I'm the writer for the Redskins SB Nation site. I had the pleasure of talking with Karl for 20 minutes on the phone last Thursday. 100 class-act guy,and I thought you'd enjoy this, especially his stories regarding Elway and Bubba Parris.

Alzado?
I haven’t listened to the interview yet, but Lyle Alzado is the only one that I know of. If it’s Meck, it’s probably later. Tyrone Braxton, perhaps? Was he too late? He did get popped for drugs a couple of years back.

In the interview, Mecklenberg says the guy was gone the next year
Townsend wasn’t. But Hunley was.
