The Pro Football Weekly Curse
I know about the SI curse, the Babe Ruth curse, and the John Madden curse, but I had never heard of the Pro Football Weekly curse. After a well documented off season, the Denver Broncos are getting some well deserved press. Daniel Graham was on the cover of SI and last week Kyle Orton was on the cover of PFW. I'm glad the Broncos are getting respect (even after a tough loss in Baltimore). IMHO the Broncos performance was the exception not the rule. In fact I'm willing to chalk that loss up to a curse. I know that players are more often spotlighted on the Sunny Side, but I'm hoping that the artist formerly known as Broncobear can give us some insight into how McDaniels former teams and NFL teams in general respond to losses like yesterdays. It's good to see everyone using their real names, but does anyone else feel like they did when KISS stopped wearing their makeup? Ok maybe its just me.

I'm with you on the real names.
I like the mystique everyone attaches to themselves through their handles. It says something about them. It gave them an identity beyond a mere name.
