I've fallen trying to cut N paste and I can't get up.
I took a look at the remaining schedules for Pitt, Baltimore, Jacksonville and SD this morning because I heard a few commentators saying if Denver gets to 10-6, we should secure a wild card spot. That didn’t sound right to me, but after a look at schedule, I see what they are getting at. I tried to create a fan post with our competitors remaining schedules by the formatting was not coming together and I quickly threw in the towel. Hint hint for someone that is not as lazy or easily discouraged as I.
I have higher hopes than a wild card because San Diego has a three game stretch with games at Dallas, and Tennessee sandwiched around a home game vs division leader Cincy. The Dolts won’t win all three.
Pittsburgh and Baltimore still face each other twice, including a game this weekend.
As painful as it was to lose to SD, KC beating Pitt (thanks Chefs) and Indy beating the Ravens made the week 11 results somewhat of a wash.
This is my favorite website.
Thanks, Doug.

To Mike Lombardi:
I predict that if the Broncos win all of the rest of their games, they will make the playoffs.
Thanks Doug.

Contenders Schedules
I think the Broncos definitely get in as a wild card at 10-6, along with Pittsburgh. Our schedule is more favorable than Jacksonville. The 5-5 teams all have rough schedules. I don’t see any of them finishing strongly.
S.D. 7-3
K.C., @Cleve., @Dal., Cin., @Ten. Wash. (prediction 11-5)
Cincy. 7-3
Cle., Det., @Mia., @S.D., K.C., @Jets (prediction 11-5)
N.E. 7-3
@N.O., @Mia., Car., @Buf., Jax., @Hou. (prediction 11-5)
Pitt 6-4
@Balt., Oak., @Cleve., G.B., Balt., @Mia. (prediction 10-6)
Jax 6-4
@S.F., Hou., Mia., indy, @N.E., @Cleve. (prediction 9-7)
Mia. 5-5
@Buf, N.E., @Jax, @Ten., Hou., Pitt. (prediction 7-9)
Hou. 5-5
Indy, @Jax, Sea., @S.L., @Mia., N.E. (prediction 8-8)
Balt. 5-5
Pitt, @G.B., Det. Chi., @Pitt, @Oak. (prediction 8-8)
my thoughts
I’d give SD a 10-6, Pitsburgh a 11-5. Denver will either be #3 seed or #6 seed

I'm hoping the law of averages catches up to Indy.
They’ve treated Denver like a rented mule for going on a decade now. Denver might just have the secondary and pressure packages to rattle Manning. Throw in the Colts traditional late season slide, and maybe this year the blind hog will find the acorn they say they find now and then.
Maybe not. I’m not about to get cocky about KC or Oakland, home or away.

That would give me great pleasure, too. I'd love to be
the team that gives them their loss. Always a tough matchup though, especially in Indy. If it were in Denver I’d feel more confident. But if ever there were a year Denver might actually have a shot at them, yeah, with their secondary and overall improved Defense, this would be the one.
Man I hope that game is on TV here!
There's no need to fear, Underdog is here! / Broncos fan in Niners/Raiders country, and damned proud of it.
Indy
May have division and possibly home field wrapped up by the time Denver plays them. It might be more important for Indy to come out of that game healthy than to come out with a win. Indy is the better team but Denver has a good possibility of a win.

Colts and Eagles
We may beat the Eagles and lose to Indy, but I hope we beat the snot out of all remaining opponents.
