I hope this doesn't mean

Peyton Hillis is the guy that gets cut to make room for Ty Law.

Then again, what has Hillis done for this team in 2009? :(

Verbose in style, dispersion of thought, procrastination in life.

Harsh

If they don’t give you the ball, there is a limited amount you can do, you could say the same thing about Jarvis Moss.

"Me fail english, that unpossible" - Ralph Wiggum
"Duffman is thrusting in the direction of the problem" - Duffman
"Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun" - Ash from Army of Darkness
"H.I., you're young and you got your health, what you want with a job?" - Evelle from Raising Arizona
"It happens sometimes. People just explode. Natural causes." - Agent Rogersz from Repoman

Hell, you could say what the hell has Jarvis Moss ever done for this team other than collect a paycheck

What am I suppose to make of this?

Cutting Hillis, if for no other reason, must have a negative effect on morale?

I guess im jumping to conclusions...

But even if hes not cut I mean what am i suppose to make of this

You are assuming

(If HIllis is the guy) That Hillis is as popular with his teammates as with the fans. He may or may not be. Ty Law probably has plenty of respect in the locker-room. Hate to see a young guy get cut for a guy that wont be around much longer but if it is Hillis, he only has himself to blame.
Would be strange though for a guy that is active on game day to go before one of the guys that is usually inactive.

I'd rather see Moss go, but Moss has 1st round talent....Hillis went when?

it just seemed strange to me that Hillis would be held out of practice the day we sign Ty Law…worth noting anyway.

I still don't think Hillis is the roster move

(Could be wrong of course and I’ll admit it’s suspicious coincidence.) But a defensive player would make more sense, and aren’t the Broncos lacking a bit of RB depth? Someone would snatch Hillis up in a second and then he’s gone. If they’re going to dump an offensive player for whatever reason would rather it be Gorin.

It would be nuts to cut Hillis

With all his potential, for a 35 year old guy.

IT is, and it's impossible for IT not to be.

McDaniels

was just on FM 104.3 THE FAN, and he stated that hillis is attending a family issue and that hopefully he will be a member of this organization for a long time

paraphrasing, obviously, but i wouldn’t worry about hillis being cut to make room for law

Whew...

Looks like that McDaniels believes in Cowbell

Ah thanks

See, I thought it was something like that. We all freaked out for nothing. ;-) (Do hope his family is okay though!)

Is Hillis gone???????????

Funny that Ty Law is coming and Hillis (who is in the dog house anyway) is missing from practice for unknown reasons? I think I see the cut for Law

Sounds like he’s not going anywhere. :-)

I think your assumption that Hillis is "in the dog house" may be off too

Just my opinion of course, but just because the dude isn’t on the field does not mean he is in the dog house so to speak, I have never heard McD say anything negative about him, he always speaks about how versatile he is etc… Maybe he is just trying to groom him for his role, and he is not quite ready yet.
