???? Is Al actually letting cable make decisions? I hope the hutt’s feelings aren’t hurt too bad being benched for the #3.

Now THAT could spell trouble
Maybe Porkchop was right, the sack record IS outa reach now.
Now where did that Kool-Aid vendor go?
well this well and truly sucks
after spending time looking at both Gradkowski and Russell for the upcoming Upon Further Review.
Guess it’s back to the film room.

I was hoping they'd be idiotic and start JMR
but alas Cable did the smart and sensible thing. I guess even Al sees that JMR needs to sit. However, even though Frye is more experienced and would give the Raiders more of a chance to compete on Sunday, IF the Broncos can’t beat Charlie Frye (and their mostly weak and/or inexperienced receiving corps), Denver don’t deserve to be in the playoffs.
They can’t look past this game. And they need to play as well as they can. Pressure him, tackle well, get some turnovers, then it doesn’t matter who the Raiders have at QB.

Frye
When did he join the team?

Been their 3rd stringer since training camp/exhibition
so he’s been with them all season…

So is this the end for the Hutt?
Is his career basically over now? I mean he can’t beat out the 3rd string QB anymore. My how the not so mighty have fallen.
I would think so.
He has proven himself as an incompetent QB. If someone hires him, I’d be very surprised.
If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

Even more compelling, he has proven
himself to be clueless about how to improve. Emotional approach, Intellectual approach, physical approach…..he got the money and sank into the ooze somewhere.
He does know how to throw an outfit together, though. Maybe he could be a fashion consultant.

If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

hahaha. It might as well be Pat. They'd probably play QB position with about the same effectiveness.
Pat may have the edge, actually.

So...
Was the Losman signing a decoy, or what? According to Schefter, he’s only signed through the rest of the season (in other words, a 3-week deel), so they must have some known short-term plan for him, right?

Whoops
3-week DEAL. I r smrt.

with Gallery out
and the line struggling (gave up 6 sacks to washington) i think they are just trying to keep a three deep QB roster with losman.
With any luck, Elvis will put their depth to the test….

Hopefully his toe is okay
he was listed on injury report today with bum toe, but also doesn’t sound that serious…

3 week deal
Wonder what the rate is on that deal? Anyone seen #’s

Frye...
Yeah…I’m sure he’s gotten a lot of reps this year. Not that he probably doesn’t know the playbook but I have to wonder if he’s really ready for this. And not just because he’s a below average QB who couldn’t beat out Derek Anderson.
How do you like that, Raider Nation? Your former # 1 pick can’t even beat out a guy who couldn’t beat out Derek Anderson, a guy who would be no more than a backup – and maybe a number three – on most teams in the league.
Nice.
Don't argue with fools. It's how they reproduce.
In fairness...
…Derek Anderson did make the Pro Bowl that year.
