Can not beat Oakland
Three years running, the Broncos can not beat the Oakland Raiders at home. And this time, Oakland did not have a QB, but the Broncos always find a way to build the confidence of the Raiders early and today was no exception.
Coach McDaniels decided to use trick plays today, which boggles the mind. The best way to give a team confidence is to make them think that you can not beat them straight up so you need trick plays.
McD may be a good coach but his play calling in six of the games has resembled high school thinking.
ONLY one good thing came out of this game, David Bruton showed that he is an NFL player. Along with Darcel McBath and Josh Barrett, the safety positions are in good hands
Nice to see the Chicago Bears get the Broncos right next to the 8th pick in the 2010 draft..

Field goals
In my opinion, kicking field goals also gives the opposing team confidence. Look what happened…..they reversed our two opening field goals in one fell swoop….then went on to force a bunch of punts (mainly in three and out situations). We needed to make a touchdown on first and goal….not flail like a monkey.
How about some linebackers that can tackle.
I am sick of seeing broken arm tackles and bad angles. Bring in a true ILB who will take control and lead ala Ray Lewis or Urlacher.
