Collecting Broncos Jerseys

I already know how a lot of you feel about jerseys on this site, as I have read numerous comments. Seems like a good majority of you will either not buy a jersey until the player is retired a Bronco, or some will not buy it unless it's a proven player with a long contract.

That being said, I know many of us have Jay Cutler jerseys collecting dust in the closet, and for that I am sure Josh McDaniels is dreadfully sorry...actually probably not.

Anyway, for Christmas, I am ULTRA excited to give my 4-year old nephew an orange Brian Dawkins jersey. I am also excited (even though I'm not a Minnesota fan) to give our family friend a Percy Harvin jersey.

Jerseys are a very fun gift in my opinion. My nephew will never take his Eddie Royal jersey off, despite the fact that his dad is a Bears fan. My brother and I wear a jersey two or three times a week.

With all of that background information, I ask: What jersey would you buy if you had to pick one today?

For Christmas, my mom and dad are getting me an orange #59 Wesley Woodyard jersey to add to my collection. I think Woodyard displays everything it is an NFL player should be: Fast, instinctive, emotional, and willing and able to do whatever he can to help our team win.

I also picked up a Woodyard because my collection to this point is pretty large.

they had moreno jerseys here in SD prior to the season, and I had to get one simply because they only players’ jerseys that ever come around here are Bailey and Marshall.

Not on the current roster, but why do you not have Atwater? That was the second jersey I got after #7.

The only Atwater jerseys they have are those weird old ones with the royal blue sleeves....

I think I might have seen one with a Super Bowl patch on it though. That would be sweet to have 3 number 27 jerseys

I want an Elway, Mecklenburg, Atwater, Moreno, Smith (Rod, Dennis, Alphonso), McCafferey, and Royal. If they made an Andra Davis jersey, I would buy it because that is my last name.

Oh Yeah

A White Lynch jersey would be cool. They all have to be Authentic Reeboks, though. Or the Throwback or game worn ones. But the game worn’s are mucho dinero.

Dawkins Jersey

I just got my Dawkins jersey… I decided that since he’s a guaranteed HOFer, and that he’s been so instrumental in giving this defense an identity, that I’ll proudly wear it for years to come, even if he retires in the offseason.

They are a combination of gifts and my own purchases, so I am not too bad out of control. My parents never used to let me get jerseys, so I guess I’m just making up for lost time!

- just for bringin’ back the Mile High Salute his rookie year.

I like having jerseys of players who are born into the NFL a Bronco, and stay there (though if they’re bad-a$$ enough, it doesn’t matter if they go to another team for their last couple seasons, i.e. Sharpe, Atwater_

First team to three consecutive SB wins!!!! and then some, right? I think four and someone else oughtta have a 'fair' shot : )

My only authentic jersey is my Cutler… huge bummer there.

I love my Hillis jersey. Someone at Famous Daves here in SD said I should get one cause that was his favorite player when I was wearing my Knowshon jersey, and he was pretty proud of me when I said I had one.

a white royal a blue marshall ,blue moreno ,orange dawkins blue cutler ,a signed tatum bell practise jersey i also have a vince young and a reggie bush i collect jerseys i love it i also have a lot of hockey jerseys to my two favs would have to be my signed ovechkin and signed crosby hockey jerseys i am also looking for signed jerseys from the broncos but i am in edmonton ab canada hard to get my hands them

Purchased my first jersey EVER a few weeks back: Orange Dawkins Jersey! I live near Philly and have tickets for the Denver at Philly game (12/27). Not only is Dawkins a great player and a good guy, but I figured it was also the only Broncos Jersey I could wear to that game without getting killed!

And it’s one of the yellow ones! I think Gaffney is a really underrated player. He is kind of an afterthought from his time in New England, where he was one of their biggest red zone threats. 7 of his 9 TD’s with the team came inside the 20. I was hoping we could pick up on some of that, but it remains to be seen…

And he signed a four year deal!

I owe you an explanation. If you remember Brad James from the Bleacher Report, this is who this is. Sorry I’ve been “gone,” but I’ve been happy with the Broncos this season. I currently have an orange #24 Champ Bailey jersey, but I would like a #46 Spencer Larsen. We Mormons (especially we Mormons who have been on missions, Spencer went on one too) have to stick together!
