This has been taking an awfully long time.

The sad thing is it's only one guy.
When you know there was at least 3-4 involved, if not more.

I think they should make him walk a gauntlet...
from one end of Colfax to the other. Every Broncos fan could line the road from one end to the other and take their best shot. Now that’s justice!
unfortunatly it goes back to the whole
let those without sin take the first shot.
Tho I do agree with you that we need to have more punishment for the criminals.
Take an eye for an eye type approach.
If your caught stealing, 3rd strike, take a hand. would almost guarantee you wont steal again, and if you do, then it would be the last time, nubs.
If you murder, and found guilty, go through ten years of appeals, etc, then you lose both legs. I mean, would you really be afraid of a bunch of gang bangers with no legs?
Now with your approach, take him and everyone else responsible for it, and make them fill in tackling dummys at Dove valley for awhile…

Our justice system works; it just takes a while sometimes.
The fact that is has taken this long might be indicative of a lack of evidence linking the dirt bag to DWill’s death. The DA wanted to make sure he had a case that would guarantee prosecution. You don’t take chances with these kinds of cases, especially involving a murderer. We got to remember that the dude wasn’t caught with the weapon and blood all over his hands and a corpse next to his feet…the case is obviously not as cut and dry as would be necessary a quick and speedy trial.
The good news is, the DA is confident in their case against him so a conviction is probably much more likely than it was a year ago. I will be anxious to see how this story develops.
Is there such a thing as a Playstation 3 Anonymous? I can't seem to stop thinking about or playing COD 4 and COD 5. I hear this is quite normal for a teenager, but I haven't been a teenager since Bill Clinton was frolicking with interns.
I have no problems
want this clown to die. None at all. The death penalty should be used. I am certainly with sin, HOWEVER i have never killed anyone so I will say give him the needle. I will not ever lose any sleep over that.
But if you use the eye for an eye approach wouldnt him being put to death be proper. This loser has cause the Williams family so much grief. I am tired of the bleeding hearts bending over backwards for criminals. What about the victims and their families what about them???
somethings wrong, Trying to conquer these fears i thought were gone. And it's been so long, I'm dying to live in a world i don't belong

i was saying
to put him to death in my eye for an eye argument, but it needs to be after a set time, lots of people are innocent that get accused of crimes, not that this guy is, he’s just a low life thug.
also, putting someone to death is just too easy. first he needs to suffer, and then suffer some more… then he can die.

cool
But I lived by the family of Danille Van Dam. She was murdered by a effing pedophile who got the death penalty here in CA. Unfortuantely he will most likely die of old age before getting the needle. I think the rights of the victims family should outweigh any rights of these losers who destroy families. I think once convicted and sentenced to die they get one appeal to the Supreme court. If/when denied then within 30 days they are executed. Dont give these asses a day. Just come to their cell on said day and tell them its time to die. Now thats so much worse. Its like the victims who were put in a bad situation. I am so tired of the monsters who take lives getting all these rights, but nobaody gives a damn about the victim. Then again i live here in CA and this liberal bleeding heart state drives me up a wall. What do I expect when the 1 senator gives away military secrets and moves military contracts towards her husbands company . . . . . ….. Well CA sucks

Well, I'm originally from Wyoming, where we didn't have a lot or crimes like these.
I mean, you got 500,000 people spread over the 10th largest state in the united states, either:
#1. People can’t find each other to kill
- People are much less likely to get as “aggressive” when not dealing with the hustle and bustle of big cities/etc.
But anyways, so I moved to Texas, which as stupid as this state is when it comes to city planning, roads, etc. At least they a limited amount of bleeding heart liberals, and are NOT afraid to kill anyone they think is guilty.

New Year's Day 2007 was a very sad day,
and I am glad D-Will’s killer is finally going to be put behind bars. I am glad Colorado has the death penalty.
Even though it took a while, Justice is finally being served.
