With his free-agency visit to Cincinnati completed, running back Derrick Ward is on his way to Denver, according to a league source.
Ward will meet with Broncos officials on Sunday.
He's regarded as one of the top running backs on the market, and several teams have expressed interest. His age (28) could be impacting the magnitude of any offers he has received.

Well...I think it'll be good to give Jeff Garcia another RB option.

Warner to Marshall???
Not bad…
I think this relationship is over. Cutler is out the door.
McDaniels was the best option for this team. You CAN NOT overfocus on the defense and possibley have Jeremy Bates not progress with Cutler. McDaniels will watch over both sides of the ball, especially the O, while letting a defensive guy handle the D along with an intelligent GM.
Mac Daddy mackin' out Denver!!!

I'm just kidding.
I’m confident Cutler will be our QB this season and will get along with McD just fine after they have some success in the new system.

I'm not so convinced.
Cutler’s demeanor….attitude and now this…If you can land a 1st rounder for him and then some, I pull the trigger.
I could live with Garcia to Warner if Cushing and Rey Rey are on D with DWard in the backfield.

That is based on
him wanting out.

I would hold him to his contract...
He professes how much he loves the guys, and threatens there will be a revolt if he is traded.

Remember the revolving door at QB after Elway retired.
I’m not willing to do that again. Cutler is a known entity and a great QB which is worth way more than a couple of draft picks. Who knows how long it could take to get another good QB. You don’t let that go.
IF Cutler ‘wants out’…then the only option is to change his mind…period.

Cutler
I believe all the Cutler out the door talk needs to end. The deal was nixed. McD and Jay need to sit down and work out what happened…and then move on. If McD and X-Man are morons to the point of actually considering such a trade, then they are not bright in football sense and will make other stupid mistakes that we will see later. I for one think this has been blown out of preportion…wait a couple days and see if everyone feels better. Cutler is a franchise quarterback…why would we let him walk? At the same time, Jay needs to get thicker skin and not overreact to every little thing, or at least not run to the media every time somethng happens. I will apply a Shakespeare play title to what I think about this whole issue..“Much Ado About Nothing”..

I have learned not to listen to the media.
Most of those idiots are just a bunch of wind bags anyway who like to hear themselves talk.

F*** the rest, Peyton Hillis for President in 2012.
Also, cheers to BMarsh and Cannon Cutler rocking the balls off Invesco next year.

Ward
Would be a good pickup for the team anyway. That guy looked really good this last season.
