My Fear.
It's true that a coach can come in and assert his control over a team. And they have a right to make trades. But sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I'm scared that this whole mess will end up like the Cam Camron tenure in Miami, or Patrino in Atlanta. Reputation (which has to be earned) can go a long way in making guys fall in line (or buy in or whatever). A young guys shaking things up has its risks.
Why couldn't our coach be like Tomlin, who despite being a 4-3 defensive coach left the defensive alone when he took over?
We don't have many clear facts, so i won't form any opinions. But perhaps a confrontation between the new coach and Cutler was inevitable, and bringing it to a head early on could be better than being passive and letting it erupt mid season.
But if we loose our QB and go into full rebuild-mode, I will need to find an asylum.

You can thank McDouchebag for that.
Or McBeavis, whichever you chose.

But does he really?
He doesn’t stand to loose much. If he just refuses to show, the team will be forced to trade him, and believe me, there are plenty of takers out there, and no team can be much worse than the broncos are now.
New system on O. New system in D. Rebuild the whole D personnel. Marshall to be suspended.
And if Cutler does get traded, he might get more money too.
Denver on the other hand stands to loose a lot. Who will QB this team? McD can loose a lot of credibility, and he might alienate the whole locker room if guys actually liked Cutler (who knows?). He sure as hell won’t make too many friends, but then again, fear is often a good motivator, unless the team just quits on you and refuses to play hard. Then you are run off just like Camron or Patrino.
Go So Cal. I am the bigger one.

Yes he does.
If Jay really want to be the QB for the Broncos, then as a leader of the team he really needs to show up. Especially with everything that has gone on. He said he plays for his teammate not his coaches. If this is true, he will be in Denver on Monday.

In answer to your question
McD couldn’t be like tomlin becuase he was hired to carry out the ideas he gave in his initial presentations to Joe Ellis and Pat Bowlen. They liked it so much they brought him in. He’s as easily fired and hired – we should probably find out what his plan is and whether or not it works before we lynch him, no pun intended.
Reason #2 is that Pitt already had a very good team. We have huge red zone issues, a QB who feels a need to hit home runs too often, who isn’t looking off his receivers and needs to be reined in and trained to get to his next level. And that’s on our good side. I’m a Broncos fan. I’m going to let the guy do his thing and judge on the merits, not on who liked it i the first couple of months, before OTAs, much less training camp.
Just for what it’s worth – the douche bag thing is a cheap shot. This is a family site, guys. How about respecting that?
